The hotel is excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - from giving tips, making reservations for us and genuinely being interested in their guests. Btw, the hotel is well above the stated 3* standard.

Staff so personal, they paid attention to detail; they were helpful with my dietary needs; they had an honor bar; they personally knew the private guide they hired for us ( he was excellent).

Fantastic location. Incredibly beautiful inside and in the outdoor areas. The staff were the best we’ve ever come across: they kindly laundered what clothes we had as our suitcase was lost by the airline. They also lent us a socket adapter to charge our phones. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. We spoke to other people on the island and our hotel was far-and-away the best. we could not recommend it highly enough.

This is the BEST hotel on the island. I do travel for a living and this hotel is perhaps one of the best I've stayed at. The owner Sebastian takes great care to make you a part of the family. From the personal pickup, the treats when you arrive, the AMAZING breakfast, the hotel staff and the way they really cater to your needs while on the island, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and made my visit to Easter Island and unforgettable experience. I checked nearby hotels and this is the only one that is walking distance to everything on the island. Food and the beach is just a 5 minute walk and because you are staying at the Hare Nua you are treated like royalty. If you book anywhere else you are doing yourself a big disservice. Run don't walk to book this place!

There is only one word to describe this place : PERFECT. The staff is incredible. The owners will get out of their way (literally) to make your stay unbelievably enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The island is a gem

the staff, especially Eduardo, are wonderful. the hotel is beautiful and very authentic. a lovely garden and swimming pool are respites from the heat and provide wonderful post tour relaxation. breakfast was delightful with many different treats each day; eggs were also always available. tours with required guides can be booked through their booking agent in advance, but Eduardo was able to get me fabulous guides even though I neglected to do so in advance. had great tours with Itaia, a young man who is local to Rapa Nua and a trained archeologist, he’s the best. and make sure to book a Motu Isla boat tour with Carlos…and swim and snorkel! the rooms are beautifully appointed…beds and sheets very comfortable, just make sure to reserve an air conditioned room (vs. one with only fan) if that is as important to you as it is to me! beach and lots of great eateries within 5-10 minute walk. look no further and stay here! you’ll be happy you did!

would love to have had mini fridge for cold drinks esp water….market is close by but I like to have always easily available, esp since it’s hot (humidity, not temperature) on the island!

Our stay at Hare Nua was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had booked a transfer through the hotel so they met us at the airport with floral garlands, gave us a brief tour of the town, then got us checked in to the hotel with a welcome drink and snack. The hotel itself is small but perfectly formed - everything is very clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious and beautiful - the photos did not do it justice! The small garden and pool area is lovely and we had it to ourselves often. You can reserve the hot tub which we enjoyed. There’s also a lovely lounge area on the terrace. Location is great, very easy to get around the sights as the hotel is on the central street. Breakfast was truly excellent - a table was reserved for each room and laid out on arrival. Food was great, different each day. All of the staff were lovely - friendly, warm and professional, they really made our stay perfect. Always happy to help out with recommendations and helping make reservations, organising tours, etc. We absolutely loved our stay at Hare Nua hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Centrally located, and very clean with wonderful landscaping.

Francesca, Eduardo and the entire staff are just incredible. They provided us service we have not received in 5 star hotels. Every need was met and after a day there they anticipated our needs and exceeded them. The facilities are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything you need.

Quiet, peaceful hotel right in the center of town. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and there was a fantastic breakfast served every morning.

The wifi is a little weak throughout the property, but it's as expected on a very isolated island.
