I liked the maid service. Attention to detail was meticulous. room was immaculate.
I think confusion surrounding my bill and my debit and credit card. It seems that there is a tax using a debit card and not the case for a credit card? Not sure what it is going on there but alls well that ends well.

The hotel is beautiful, the food really good and amazing service. I love the location as it’s easy to get to different parts of the city
Not a fan of the pillows. The pool is amazing but it was too cold to get in 😔

es el mejor hotel en el que estado, la atención de todo personal es simplemente perfecta, la comida exquisita y las habitaciones muy confortables y modernas y las instalaciones con excelente decoración.
que la prueba de alarma se realizara sin avisar que era un simulacro y que la Metre corrija a los garzones frente al cliente (no se ve bien), en todo caso serían puntos de mejora que no afectaron nuestra estadía, lo demás simplemente perfecto.

The AC did not work, the heat was on and it was too hot. We complained 5 times and it could not get fixed.

Staff were spectacular especially Carolina in housekeeping. However, the TV did not work and the sink water didn’t get hot for a long time and the drain did not work properly.

great size of the room and views from the room, the breakfast was a good spread, pool view looked awesome, although didn't use it.
housekeeping could have been better, for a hotel of this standard, should have been offering proper crockery for tea and coffee, rather than paper cups! hotels in South America should offer milk for foreigners who drink milk with their tea or coffee.

Good location, comfortable room. The concierge staff was extremely helpful.
The food at the Italian restaurant was average. For a 5 star hotel, the restaurant staff could have been better trained to provide a 5 star service.

Room was spacious and generally nicely designed.
1. Filthy huge picturesque lobby windows set the tone of a penny-pinching owner. 2. Freezing temperature rendered the beautiful pool unused and unusable. 3. Outlandishly lame lobby & public space decor more appropriate in a 3-star hotel. 4. Concierge told us to call Uber as hotel “has no taxis”. 5. Room service wheeled cart into room and left it to us to get food out of heated bins and set the table.

Staff were very professional. Breakfast was wonderful! Service impeccable. Pool very large, clean and beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. Bed, linen and pillows heavenly.
The carpet in our room was old and stained. Our room windows needed to be cleaned inside. Other than this, we loved our stay!

The hotel is used by Silversea Cruise Line and is inundated and overwhelmed by the number of guests arriving at one time. MO does not have means to accommodate guests with the level of service associated with the brand or a five star hotel. It took over six hours to have my luggage delivered to my room. When I called to see what was the delay I was told "come down and get it yourself". I insisted it be brought to me - I am 65 and the bag was 30 kilos. It arrived quickly after a call to the GM. The following day, after a long day of sightseeing my room hadn't been made up upon my return at 17:30. Apologies from staff felt insincere. When told "people make mistakes", I agree wholeheartedly. It's NOT that mistakes are made, it's how they are dealt with and in my opinion the words "I'm sorry" lack contrition.

location is good near to a nice mall and walking distance to nice neighborhood with many good restaurants
dated property, average service , breakfast quite basic , rooms are big but oldish. nothing to do with Mandarin Oriental in Europe or Asia

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the spacious room, good beds and great bathroom with rain shower. The food in the restaurants was excellent, especially in Matsuri and at breakfast. Furthermore we loved the people who work in the hotel. A few names: Christopher, Jordan, Nicholas, Dante, Sofia, Genesis. The resort pool was very nice and very quiet.
The hotel was crowded and full (restaurants had waiting lists) on days that Silversea Cruises received their passengers 1 day before their Antarctic voyage. These groups disturbed the tranquility and serenity of the hotel. That happend twice during our stay.

Beautiful property and very clean
Terrible service and mediocre food at the restaurants. Great concierge who was very helpful setting up a day out with driver & wine tastings at Maipo Valley
