Everything about the hotel.

The property made our stay memorable in this city and we will definitely choose Renaissance Polat again in the near future.

We've stayed at a deluxe room with a sea view. Windows were quite big and we've had an amazing sea view in the room. It felt very peaceful.

Sea view room was good. Location was nice. It’s not central but nice. A bit noisy late at night.
The smoking patrons inside the hotel in the corridors of our room level. Also the indifference of the reception stuff when we addressed the smoking issue. The unhelpful response we received from the front house stuff. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

i really enjoyed the staff, everyone is super nice and cute. the other thing i enjoyed was pool area: very clean and comfortable. thank you for this wonderful experience!

The restaurant service was great!
Could not get the thermostat to work. Our room was HOT 25.2C Called the front desk and as well spoke to front desk staff about problem. Never resolved!
