Location, food and staff perfect!!

Rooms could do with updated. Carpets and walls.

Staff where very friendly and helpful

Check in was quick and easy ,rooms were clean staff on reception were pleasant.

Booked a table for a evening meal very limited menu ,took ages for food to come half of it was cold , ordered desserts took 45 minutes to come .service was appalling some of the staff were rude ,not enough staff for the amount of tables.

Not a lot … room was tiny, can’t do much about the noise from the street.. we should have asked for a quiet room, it’s not up to £153 standard a night ..

See above …the bin liners as we put rubbish in are terrible they are so cheap they wouldn’t hold anything !

Perfect location, parking at hotel, very comfortable rooms and bed was excellent. Very clean, great choice at breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great stay overall

The room had stained carpets the skirting boards were thick with dust the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned properly and the curtains were marked with stains

Great location, easy to get on/off motorway. Walking distance to town. Clean, bright, airy. The staff were fantastic, easy check in and out. The drinks selection was brilliant, and bar staff were great fun! Breakfast was great, again lovely staff and very helpful. I particularly liked the attention to detail with the gluten free station and the abundance of dairy free options. We travelled as a couple this time but would be happy to take our daughters who are allergic to cows milk next time knowing they will be well catered to. We were able to check in early which is a testament to the housekeeping staff who were obviously very efficient! The room was spotlessly clean, great amenities and well laid out.

I'd have liked a thicker duvet, but that's only personal preference because I'm always cold!! Nothing critical to say as we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will ensure we always book when we visit Glasgow!

This was my third stay here in the last few weeks for Hydro gigs. I can't fault the hotel. The staff, rooms, and bar are all great. I thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely big room

The breakfast was not nearly as good as I’ve had before and I e stayed here many times. Miss if the hot food was empty. The location is great.

I didn’t like the excessive amount I was charged for the room this time and for parking the car. I was even charged to swim in the pool. I come here every other month with my autistic grandson, he likes it here because of the pool that’s why we chose this hotel in the first place.

The staff were very kind and attentive, they made me and my sister feel welcome. The facilities such as the bar area were also very good and the room was excellent!

I liked everything, no complaints here.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11am and room was available.

Only minor issue was with the tv, the picture kept getting dark.

The location was right for the Hydro. The room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it was comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The majority of the staff were amazing and super friendly. The room was lovely, the on-site gym was great and the food was also amazing!!

We had a lot of issues getting towels, on arrival we had dirty towels covered in makeup. gave them to a staff member and she said she would get us 2 clean towels, she never returned with said towels we chased it up and asked the next day for 2 clean towels, and once again our request was ignored. then on the last night we had asked again and we’re told there was no more towels and we would have to wait until morning, but still nobody came. So we did spend the time at the property, having to use hand towels to dry with. which was very much a pain.

Extremely close to the OVO. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds and bedding. Complimentary soaps , shampoos etc. Fridge in room which is great and amazing river views. Bar staff/restaurant staff very nice!

Reception staff do not appear the most friendly , not a smile amongst them and went through jobs like robots.

Expensive breakfast. Very basic room for the price. It also advertises that the rooms have balconies but none of them do.

Accommodated for gluten free breakfast. Location good near Ovo Hydro Arena.

Location is ideal for attending events at OVO hydro arena, just a 5 minute walk. Short taxi ride from Queen Street station but also walkable. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom products were good quality. Dinner was ok, just not much choice. Breakfast, although cooked well, the choice was limited and basic.

There were stains on the wall and carpet behind the vanity/dressing table, which looked like tomato soup/sauce, and it was obvious there had been no attempt to clean the stains.

Close proximity to the hydro. Good food at the restaurant and breakfast was lovely. The staff working in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean.

The flush for the toilet was hanging off the wall. It was very difficult to flush the toilet. When told reception staff of this we were advised we were to just keep pulling the flush. The room had a lot of fluff and crumbs on the floor when we arrived. There was a very large stain on the curtain. Overall the room was not clean and reception staff did not appear interested when we raised these issues in the morning. Housekeeping also entered our room at approx 10:15am when checkout is not until 12. We were in the process of packing our belongings at this point and getting ready for the day.

Location for theatre venues and walkable to town.

It was highlighted food was available 24/7 this was not quite the case; it was a vending area after 10pm
