Clean and spacious. Good location. Walking distance to Basilica.

Had no tea leaves or coffee powder provided. In the street people were shouting in the middle of the night therefore couldn’t get proper sleep.

It was close to Lourdes everything was nice, clean and comfortable.

location is perfect. the view from our windows are stunning. it was freezing outside but the apartment temperature was warm and comfortable.

the twin beds kept moving apart as my son moved around alot while sleeping. but the beds were comfy

The hotel is perfect for visiting Lourdes and its main tourist destinations. It's only a short walk from the train station and bus stop. The lady in charge of the front desk from January 2 and 3 was very helpful with our check in procedure and booking. Our stay was made more enjoyable because of her warmth, and professionalism We would definitely want to stay here again next time.

Clean, close to the grotto, easy parking. Having a kitchen is a big plus.

It’s located so close to the sanctuary, restaurants, shops and bus stop. Property felt so private, safe and clean. As it had kitchen, we could cook something for kids. Staff were so helpful especially both reception staff and 2 house keeping women were brilliant. View was exceptional. Will definitely use this if we come back to Lourdes.

Would have been better if they provide toothpaste, tea, coffee, sugar and hair dryer.

The accommodation is located within 5 minutes walking distance of the Sanctuary and 10 minutes to the centre of Lourdes. All the basics are provided and overall the quality is in line with what you pay for.

we have 4 adults 2 kids, we love the size of the room very good for family trip. there have little kitchen, 2 bed rooms, one living room with two sofa beds, it’s perfect for us.
