Hotel localizado perto do aeroporto, e que dispõe de um serviço Shuttle de e para o Aeroporto, gratuito. Pequeno almoço agradável, com itens ocidentais, japoneses e coreanos, num espaço amplo e com vista para o lago.

O hotel encontra-se numa zona bastante isolada, e onde é muito difícil chamar um taxi ou Uber. A única alternativa viável é o shuttle do próprio hotel. Quanto ao quarto em si, era amplo, mas apresentava já alguma deterioração e reparações de fraca qualidade. A cama era desconfortável, atendendo ao facto de que falamos de um 5 estrelas. Algumas ameneties ( como escova de dentes) eram pagas. A decoração dos quartos e demais espaços é excessivamente industrial, dando um ar frio e pouco acolhedor a todo o espaço.

조식은 맛있는데 가격대가 좀 있어요 메뉴가 좀더 많아지거나 가격이 내려가거나 쿠폰 많이 뿌려주시면 좋겠어요!

It is a modern hotel with very nice view.

The service of the staff could have been better. There was no concierge at the entrance to help us with our bags and we had to go in to the hotel to get their attention. We requested for an early check in at the reception and were told that room was ready. However, our bags were not sent up to our room despite informing them earlier of our room number. We had to remind them again. We had an early morning flight to catch the next day and requested for a 7-seater van as we are travelling with a toddler with many bags. However a 5-seater taxi arrived instead. There was also no call to inform us that taxi has already arrived at the lobby. Lastly, Not sure if this is hotel’s fault but the taxi driver asked us to pay him more money (30k won) for the short drive to the Incheon airport when the meter was showing (9.7k won). My husband just paid him off with 20k won as he was lazy to deal with such drama this early.

Room wasn't very clean. Prices in restaurant are pure rip off. There's nothing around where you can go to eat so they clearly take advantage of that!

Very convenient to the airport as we had a very quick stopover. Hotel was very clean & the rooms had comfortable beds and all the facilities we needed.

We booked for a family of 6 as a stop over between flights to get some decent rest. When we got to the rooms there were 4 single beds so 2 people had to sleep on the floor there were no extra duvets or pillows

Design hotel, every space beautifully thought out. Great rooms and spa, breakfast space, views and food exceptional.
