Great comfy beds, big appartment, good bathrooms and a nice kitchen. External area for the washing machine AND drying machine, a very useful feature.

The appartment is in a main avenue and with the windows open it could be a little bit noisy.

Large and spacious apartment, very comfortable and has everything you need for a long term stay. Feels very new (or freshly renovated), nicely decorated and well laid out. Good wifi! We had a little hiccup during the check in (building security didn’t receive any instructions from the owner), but that was quickly rectified and the owner was very helpful and responsive during the rest of our stay.

A little bit away from the centre of Miraflores. Also the gym in the building was tiny with half the equipment not functioning.

without air conditioner, 3 fans with 1 fan no functioning properly, the bed sheet is sandy not clean at all, no hot water, need to walk about 700m to get restaurants, the safe is locked, due to w/o air con with the widows can be very noisy.

a scam !!! stated as luggage storage with 24 hours front desk as part of the facilities. however the luggage storage is only available until 5pm as the staff at the lobby is not related to the apartment and cannot guard our luggages. the owner suggest us to pay $50usd just to rent another apartment for a few hours to store our luggage. super unhelpful and irresponsible staff. in the end, the staff refuse to reply to me and even refuse to tell me the wifi password. a very unpleasant experience that ruined our holiday!

Great location.

I have stayed at the location for 8 - 10 years. The host has not updated furniture and wall coverings during that time. You now have one hour available for the pool and the exercise room . You have to book them the night before. You are competing with 380 apartments for these time slots. This is not mentioned in the listing. Not a good value because of the dirty/outdated furnishings and lack of little facility use available.

This is the third time I am staying at this apartment. This says it all. I travel 10 months a year for work, and I wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay in Lima. Excellent host, excellent building, wonderful facilities, fantastic location.

Great, safe location. The bed was soft but comfortable. WiFi & smart tv were good. Kitchen had good basics such as coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. There was also a washer/dryer. Shower had good pressure and hot water.

Cutlery was dirty as was the floor & shower. The apartment was a bit cold but there were 2 heaters. We could not turn on the oven but we didn’t need to since the gas burners worked fine.

we booked this apartment before returning home after a 2 week trip through Peru. This was a spacious, super clean apartment right in the center of Miraflores close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. You can walk everywhere and there is a supermarket close by. We had everything we needed. (There are actually 3 bathrooms!) Check- in was easy and communication with the host simple via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this apartment for families - great value.

Cold as usual in winter in Peru. There were some heaters, they were not not working. Limited hot water through momentic heater.

Good location. Spacious appartment. Working amenities pool and gym although booking.com says it is closed.

Amenities required pre-booking only for 1hour due to covid restrictions. Appartement dirty required house keeping to come back. Sliding toilet door was broken but never repaired after many requests.

the location was fantastic! very close to a great grocery store with ATM. in a lovely Miraflores neighborhood, with restaurants, bus lines, taxis. The front desk staff were very kind too. it was very relaxing, on a long trip, to have both a kitchen as well as washer/dryer. Overall, I think this apartment is an excellent value. i woulf highly recommend.

Nothing really. Maybe a few more towels for guests on a longer stay, but that is a small thing given the fact there is a washing machine available. Overall, a great place.

The location was within walking distance of great restaurants, grocery stores, and many other Attractions. It’s literally the center of where we wanted to be.
