Great rooms/ apartment for family of four

Seaweed on the beach made it hard to take a swim. You have to use a beach on the other side of the Island. But White Sands do have a large pool which was great

Location was great. Enjoyed private feel of apartment. Staff friendly and responsive.

Everything was great. Only feature that was strange was lack of door for the bathroom. The curtain minimized a little privacy, but that was the only negative.

Everything else! What a beautiful property, amazing staff, Rosie in the office set all excursions and testing up for us. Lucy in the bar was outstanding and makes a mean rum punch! Would love to come back. There were 5 of us, incl 3 teens. They loved it.

The resturant on site was very slow due to staff shortage and poor management. The bartender Lucy did everything she could to help but with one untrained cook, it was impossible. Owner was ambivalent to these issues and was not willing to help his staff.

The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Even the security staff helped to make sure that we had a great stay.

The WiFi and TV in the bedroom did not work, but we were moved to another location.

We loved every minute at White Sands Cove! The staff, esp Rosie and Ricky, were helpful and welcoming. The property is SO pretty and well-maintained. Pool and beach areas offered shade from plenty of palm trees, a hammock, nice lounge chairs, and of course, a bar! We were able to borrow bikes everyday to ride around the island. The villas are spacious and have everything you need. This location is "north of the bridge" and therefore out of the hubbub of the center of town. But still a short golf cart ride or bike ride to plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend!

Far from center town. Cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Account keeping when ordering food should be monitored better and guests asked to sign checks. They could have a free pickup service as many other hotels offer. Bikes offered were in bad condition
