Le parking gratuit était soit disant complet mais j'ai vu des voitures rentrer donc il était réserver à certains clients!!!! Au moment de se présenter à l'accueil, un bordel incroyable, le personnel qui s'arrachait les clés des chambres, à cause d'une désorganisation inimaginable. Des réservations non coordonnées, des clients de partout et un responsable qui regardait dans un coin cette scène sans bouger. Le persinnel qui commence avec client, saute au deuxième, répond au téléphone àun troisième, et reprend avec un quatrième..... Nous étions 4 personnes, et avions 1 serviette et pas de draps, le téléphone de la chambre ne marchait pas, j'ai appelé la réception par gsm une dizaine de fois et quand ils répondent, jusqu'à 1h du matin on n'avait rien reçu. Des fourmis au sol Bref, c'est un la honte de dire que c'est un 4 étoiles. Je me demande qui est cette commission qui a accorder ces étoiles, mais bon faut s'attendre à tout ici, quand on sait comment les choses se passent.

Location and secure parking under the hotel. The pool was good addition for the kids to get entertained.

Appartment was clean, fresh towels delivered, they also washed dishes in a kitchen. Self-service breakfast was delicious with many options and chefs were cooking fresh omelettes on your wish. Staff was very helpful and location is good near shopping centers and restaurants.

Playlist at the pool was very annoying, repeating just about 3 hit songs. Maybe some ambiental or traditional music would be more appropriate. Wi-Fi in appartment was slow in was interrupting. We could not send pictures on Viber. I could not estabilish VPN connection to my job network.
