Location was nice, and the view from the terrace was very beautiful.

We had a high expectation on this accommodation, but it ended up to be the most disappointing experience during our honeymoon trip. - The property was poorly managed. Firstly, we were taken to the wrong room. After we have just unpacked and settled, the housing manager came with some other guests and asked us to leave immediately to move to another apartment. We didn’t like the room, but she totally ignored the complaints. Because of the rush, we also forgot things in our old room and had to go back to pick up. This is totally unacceptable, and the hotel should have come up with better solutions, given that it was their mistake of mixing up the rooms. - The pictures and description on booking.com are misleading. Casa di Dany actually includes two different apartments: the ground floor apartment and the first floor apartment. Most of the pictures and positive reviews in the ad are for the ground floor apartment. However, the layout of the first floor apartment is totally different from the ground floor apartment. We had booked the first floor apartment, since we thought that it was similar to the ground floor apartment, but we were very disappointed upon arriving there. The terrace is not connected to the apartment, and we had to pass through two doors and very steep and narrow stairs to get to the terrace. Also, the toilet seat was cracked and scratched our skin.

View was fabulous. We stayed in the room with the yellow floored balcony. Ground level access from the old town. Fantastic location bars and restaurants minutes away.

It was gorgeous but if I had to change anything I would add a sun umbrella to the balcony as it gets a lot of sun and a full length mirror in the bedroom.

Stunning sea view terrace, private parking, only 3 minutes walk from the famous cliff restaurant, definitely recommend

the male manager is almost impossible to contact or communicate with. he seems to be managing many properties and never responds then gets confused. have to keep asking the same question over and over to get a reply. then he doesn’t read the question properly and starts speaking over you lol that was quite annoying. however nany the female manager was helpful during our stay, but communication prior to reaching was difficult as the male manager was the only point of contact. even booking.com struggled to get in contact with the male manager.

sea views, characterful rooms

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is tucked away in the old town but Nicoletta met us at the main entrance and escorted us to the property. The balcony overlooks the beach and is a great place to watch any cliff diving or just the coming and goings at the beach. We were very lucky to be there just before the Red Bull Cliff Diving so there was lots going on as they set up for the event and we got a fabulous display of diving and aerobatics. The apartment itself is also lovely. Very old and full of character. Nicoletta was excellent - very friendly and helpful indeed - assisting us with a transfer to get to the station with cases. We had also raised a couple of areas for improvement and she acted on the more simple ones immediately.

This is a very pricey apartment, probably due to location. The only mirror was in the bathroom, which is quite small (due to age of property etc). There is room in the bedroom and I would strongly recommend that one is added.

We found a gem and the view could not have been better. Location was in old town which was stunning. Our room had a huge balcony with sun lounger and chairs. Our hostess Nicoletta was a delight and so helpful.

The only issue we found was there was a lot of little flying bugs in the hotel due to the windows being open. However a bottle of spray to kill the bugs would have been helpful or some sort of bug repellent.

The location was very good with a very nice view the bed was nice and comfortable nice bathroom and living area we did not expect it to be so big, nice view from the balcony. Was given the opportunity for private Carpark with daily rate . The check in was Very smooth with friendly staff, She came to meet us on the road when we could not find the apartment. The apartment is located in the old pedestrian area. Also the lady that came daily to clean the room was very friendly

The steps leading into the room was very steep and narrow also the steps going up to the balcony terrace was very steep not always easy to manage when holding things , no handrail, not recommended with persons with disability or limited movement .Once at -the top very nice view could do with more shade to make use of the Terrace more, Also maybe a shower if you’re sunbathing. For this reason I did not give it maximum marks . However I would rebook again. I was given the opportunity to park in a private car park At €12 a day I stayed for three days. Could have been included in the rental for free.

Absolutely incredible. Even better than the pictures and we cannot wait to come back. 10 Stars. Amazing and accommodating staff! The patio view was to die for and we felt so safe and comfortable the whole time. Everything was cleaned and fresh each day. And the location was all we could have asked for!!!

Absolutely incredible location -- I don't think I've ever stayed at a more beautiful property. We had the best view in all of Polignano a Mare and it felt like we were literally sleeping in the ocean.

Probably the best location in town for a tourist. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Polignano a Mare.

There was nothing we did not like.

Our host met us at the parking and took us to the apartment which was amazing. The room was spacious with good storage. The bed was comfortable. The small kitchen area very handy. The balcony was the best asset though. Large in size with excellent views. The location in the old town was great too. Near to good shops and restaurants. Great tips on where to eat from our host. One of the best places we have stayed.
