Casa molto accogliete, fornita di tutto il materiale necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Materiali in ottime condizioni. Disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura. A pochi passi dal centro storico.

Great host, central, and lovely facilities.

Air conditioner was in the living room (as opposed to bedroom) so it too a little longer to cool down at night.

Check in was made as easy as possible. Very helpful host. Quiet location just behind station and easy walk to town centre and beach. Breakfast sweets and coffee machine with cool drinks in the fridge. Room was very clean. I preferred this location as it's in quiet side of town. Plenty of room for parking your car.

I don't have anything to fault this stay.

Everything was very clean and very neat. Everything we needed was provided, including a nice introduction and breakfast. The host lady was very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed.

No dishwasher was a minor inconvenience, but I suppose that you can wash your dishes whilst on vacation.

The host was really kind and sweet. She didn't really speak English , but with a little bit of help from google translate , we understood each other. The location of the room was excellent , it was not too far from the old town and the train station , but far enough to be quiet for a good sleep.

It was very close to the train station, this helps a lot if you want to go to Monopoli that is 5 minutes away, or just want to travel. It is also close to the city center.

It is ok if you want to stay for the night, or two nights, I would not feel so comfortable there more days. Somehow it smells weird, like the old house smell, probably because the lack of ventilation. We book this one day before arrival and it was ok after all, considering the other high prices we’ve seen.
