Pacific Beach and nearby Mission Beach are two of the most active and fun beach communities in San Diego. And this unit was in almost the perfect position to see all the action. The living room and bedroom each have big window views. And the deck was right on the corner with views up and down the boardwalk. On top of that, the apartment was clean and nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. And on top of all that, you get a garage parking space in an area where parking is a premium. Finally, the unit manager was very helpful and accessible.

Great spot to visit San Diego and Pacific Beach. This corner unit has absolutely spectacular views, and is perfectly located to walk to hundreds of restaurants. Very clean and recently renovated. A perfect perch, above all the action, great combination of being on the beach, but also a retreat from the crowds below. Very secure garage with parking spot. All the San Diego attractions are a short drive away. If you are looking for a California beach vacation, stay here, you will not be disappointed. Five stars all the way.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! It is right on the beach and you can watch the waves all day. The area has a lot of fun restaurants and shops. The condo has everything you need! Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous location with great views. Very clean condo with comfortable beds & modern appliances. Condo manager was communicative and friendly. Complex was quiet & clean. Laundry room was very clean. In close proximity of restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend this location & unit. I have stayed 3 other times at this complex in different units, this was by far the best yet.

Our last family trip as 3 before we welcome another one to the crew, and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. Waking up to the sunrises and ocean literally right outside the window can’t be described in words. Convenience to everywhere we wanted to go (the zoo, sea world, downtown, La Jolla) was a bonus, and we were very comfortable in the area.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an ocean front getaway!

This condo was incredible in every way. Directly on boardwalk and walking distance to everything, quiet and friendly building, dedicated garage spot, updated and stocked, prestinely clean. And easy, clear and helpful reservation and check in/out process with John. Easily the nicest rental in the area. Grateful and will definitely return!

Would stay here again! Condo is in a great location, plenty of room, very nice, and clean. Anything we wanted/needed was within walking distance. Open the windows and hear the waves crashing all day and night - is there any better sound? :)

My husband, 12 yr old, 9 yr old and I had a fantastic stay at this ocean front condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. The condo’s views of the ocean were such a treat to wake up to. Cuz of the views from the condo of the beach we didn’t feel the need to rush off and do things. We had some of the best meals on the ocean front patio!
The condo offered plenty of room to spread out, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean and updated. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 2 kids and would fit 3 comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed from spices to Tupperware containers, nice pans and cooking tools. The fridge offered filtered water and ice maker.
We had plenty of beach chairs, towels and blankets for the beach. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards and beach toys/balls.
We appreciated the cleanliness of the carpet at the condo. Not many rentals I can say that I was very happy to sit and lay on the carpet!
The condo is right on the strand. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The grocery store in 2 blocks away and there is a nice CVS just around the corner.
The property owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at this property. Highlights include:
* Great location, right in the center of Pacific Beach next to Crystal Pier, you can walk to the beach without crossing a street and you're close to shopping, food, and beach services.
* The condo is updated with a well-stocked kitchen, nice furniture, and televisions. While the property is 'rustic,' the decoration is modern.
* Great ocean view on the corner, ample windows and fans, air conditioning was not missed during the hottest days of the year.
* Several beach chairs and boogie boards for use.
* Good communication with property manager.
Note the garage has low clearance, good for any car or truck, but not for overhead storage.

We had the best time staying at this Condo. It was exceptionally clean and had everything imaginable for a great time; Lounge chairs, games, shovels, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels and sand toys.
This condo also had the very best view of the ocean and beach. We saw pelicans and dolphins and watched surfers right from the comfort of our condo. John was a pleasure to work with. He made this experience top notch. We will be back!!!

Amazing location, directly on the beach/boardwalk! Walking distance to everything you will need. Pristinely clean upon check in and great communication with property manager. Beach chairs, towels, and toys available to use along with movies, books, and really comfortable beds. We stayed with our 3 children and had an amazing time. Will definitely be back! Great stay.

The property was very clean and very well appointed. The views of the ocean were amazing. We could watch pelicans flying overhead in formation, dolphins playing and surfers riding the waves. We walked on the oceanfront everyday with a choice of beach or a path that went on for miles; all just steps from the place. There were many restaurants a stones throw away with an array of choices including tacos, upscale dining, pizza, sushi, health food, seafood, ice cream, coffee places and many breakfast choices. If you want to eat in, there is a grocery store across the street from the place not to mention a full pharmacy. If I had a criticism, the sheets in the master bedroom could use updating to something more luxurious and there is no in apartment laundry only coin laundry down the hall. Otherwise, pretty perfect and quite comfortable. We would stay here again for the views and proximity to the ocean alone!

Great location. We didn’t rent a car and there were so many restaurants, bars and grocery stores within a 2 block radius. There is so much activity on the boardwalk and ocean to watch all day long. Dolphins, surfers, joggers, walkers and dogs keep you entertained! The condo is great. I liked having a separate bathroom with each bedroom and a TV in each room. Would highly recommend.

This unit has a beautiful view of the beach, waves and Crystal Pier. Great location for easy walking to shopping, grocery, lots of fabulous food options, as well as easy beach access and people watching.
The property manager John was very communicative, easily accessible for questions and very responsive when I alerted him to an issue with the dish washer. He worked on a solution quickly. The unit is a little older with some nice updates. John stated they are looking to update the older recliners. Over all we loved the location, sounds of the waves, the views and close proximity to eateries, bars and the beach.

John will be a great communicator for every question/concern you may have. We loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and grocery. You can't beat opening the windows and getting that fresh ocean breeze with an added calmness that the ocean waves brings. That part of our trip was very peaceful. Enjoyed people watching. We enjoyed our stay at this updated condo that had all the amenities that were needed. This corner unit had great views of Pacific Beach and easily accessible to restaurants, shopping and grocery market.

We had a great time staying in this condo on the boardwalk. We went down for my neices college graduation. We had 3 adults in this 2 bdrm and stayed Friday to Tuesday.
The views are awesome, lots of people watching, the beach and boardwalk are hopping. Kono's Cafe was my favorite for breakfast, watching the surfers from the beachside deck.
When we arrived we weren't exactly sure where the entrance was, it's on Hornblend, but after a couple of passes we found it. The condo itself, was beautiful, well maintained with lots of up grades, comfortable with all the amenities. The coffee maker worked great, tvs in every room, floor to ceiling windows to catch every wave. The balcony was small but able to hold 4 hightop chairs plus a table. Perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine or coffee as the fog rolls in and out.
John was an excellent host, with personal communication and lots of recommendations. We would definitely recommend this rental and would likely return again. The location is close to everything, dining like a local, bars (friday night was a bit loud, but with the windows closed, no problem), shopping, venders, most importantly, THE BEACH and the sound of the waves.

The beds are comfortable, extra pillows/blankets, fans for the hot days (no AC), and a large master shower. The condo facility is older so some visible wear, but the condo unit has been recently updated, although some visible rust which is expected in an ocean setting. Please note that Pacific Beach caters to the 20/30s crowds so the weekend was busy and a bit noisy at times. Also, the homeless element is prevalent throughout the area. The most memorable part of our stay was the amazing views from above with the beautiful sunsets.

Two couples spent five nights and enjoyed every minute. The view is incredible. Yes, on the weekend, it got a bit loud, but that didn't bother us. Easy to find good restaurants within walking distance. In fact, almost everything is within walking distance.
The unit is well taken-care of. Only 2 small complaints: 1) the dishwasher is a bit funky; you have to leave the door of the detergent compartment open in order to get the dishes clean, 2) one of us is allergic to mold. The building is older and smells a bit moldy and the closet in the Master Bedroom felt a bit moldy. She definitely reacted. But we also understand that beach properties are susceptible to mold.
We had a great time and highly recommend this unit. The owner/manager were very easy to deal with. Five Stars!!!!!

Spectacular ocean view and dedicated parking spot. Loved being on 3rd floor and don’t miss breakfast at Kono’s. Many of the restaurants close by turn in to night clubs so family dining is limited after certain times Thurs-Sat. But the condo is just far enough north that it isn’t in the party area and has awesome beach access just steps away. Highly recommend and would love to go back. Place was a hit for kids and adults. We bought 5 day Go City passes and got our money’s worth. John was an excellent host and resource!
