Clean, modern (recently refurbished) room, silent airconditioning, big shower cabin and good water pressure. Very decent soundproofing for both inside and outside noises. Choice of 3 different pillows.
Friendly and helpful receptionists. Hotel looks well-maintained, clean and airy.
Sumptuous breakfast with wide range of choices and open until noon!
Swimming pool has sunlight till early evening. Sufficient sun beds and a small bar with food and drinks.
Beach is accessible right across the street. But sunbeds and parasols need to be booked and paid with external organisation.
Parking on-site is paid and limited, availability on request.
Public bus to Rimini station stops almost in front of the hotel. But MetroMare is faster (2 stops) and within 5 minutes walk.
Beds are a bit on the firm side, but that's subjective. Twin beds are a bit narrow. 80x200cm.
No beach towels provided by hotel at swimming pool. Bring yourself.
Connecting to WiFi requires to provide your email and permitting use for marketing purposes.

Stellar included breakfast buffet and affordable lunch/bar options by the pool. Easy access to beach, very clean, good A/C.
Wish laundry services were available on-site - staff did give me a good recommendation nearby but hauling clothing there was a pain.

The breakfast was fantastic. The variety of food on offer was excellent and we enjoyed the flexibility of breakfast being available until 12:00. The view from the terrace on the third floor was amazing.
The speed and quality of the internet connection was not great, and the WiFi coverage was poor in places. This wasn't a major issue, but if we'd had a bad weather day, it would have been more of a problem.

The rooms were modern, comfortable and we were delighted with the air conditioning. The hotel was close to the beach with the added bonus of a pool! The breakfast was included and it was an amazing feast! The front desk staff gave us information on what to see and wonderful restaurants and the best gelato shop in the old city part of Rimini.

The breakfast was really nice and good and the swimming pool was really nice.

Absolutely lovely, friendly staff at reception and breakfast area, and the breakfast was extensive and delicious--unlike any other breakfast I've seen in Italy! Room had a lovely view and was clean with comfortable bed.
We were there in fall, so slept with the windows closed which blocked out noise. With windows open, there was a fair amount of roadway noise but not bothersome if not sleeping.

The hotel had a good breakfast, many choices and some changes every day. The pool was amazing, very clean and good temperature. The location was perfect next to the beach and on the street with all the restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, very good communication.
Everything was perfect, only thing was the card terminal did not want to accept bank cards which made oaying a little difficult.

Very nice and modern hotel in Rimini. Friendly staff all around and helpful. Breakfast was one of the the best I´ve had during a longer stay and always with good and varied selection. Room was big enough for 4 people, family room. Newly upgraded bathroom and overall the whole hotel. Very nice though small pool area with open bar and free complimentary snack in the late afternoon. Overall good value for money and one of the nicest hotel experiences we have had.
Would have been nicer with a balcony but other rooms facing the pool/sea have balconies

The location is very good, it is right at the seafront, although it is far from any free beaches. The pool and the pool area is very nice, it has a shallow part just for chilling and a deeper part for jumping.
The breakfast is excellent, a lot to chose from, and the free afternoon tapas is very good and rich.
The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day.
The standard rooms are at semi basement level (facing the parking lot) and after a rainy night the water flowed into our room and some of our bags got wet. This is a problem they should resolve.
The double bed is king size, but it takes a lot of space in the small room.
All in all I would choose a room from the upper levels.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Had a room on the third floor with use of large private terrace overlooking the beach and sea. Quiet and scenic. Great breakfast to cater for all tastes and on site parking, for a fee, in a gated area. Better eateries are in the historic centre which can be accessed by #11 bus, just outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel! Clean and modern rooms, direct access to beach, wonderful staff, easy parking, great location. The breakfast is is incredible! Lots of variety, new offering daily, fresh and delicious. From now on this will be our hotel when in Rimini.
