Calm and quiet place

Great holiday home for a calm and quiet vacation. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and giant fir trees. The manager, Sutharshan, did a great job making us feel welcomed. Friendly staff.

Nothing short of excellent.

Our recent stay at Firs was nothing short of excellent. The room was spacious , well heated, and comfortable with great amenities .The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa bath, which we enjoyed immensely. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and were always willing to help us . Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Room was very comfortable. We were welcomed with a cup of tea by the managed Yash... He guided us on how to reach the property. Food was delicious, the best we have had in Lanka past 2 weeks. From American breakfast, lunch and dinner too. In the evening I was given training to play billiards by the friendly hosts Sudarshan and Yash. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, a heater which kept the room warmer. It has a good bathroom with a spa bath tub. Just stayed for a day but it was a 5 star treatment and we enjoyed our stay there. Yash was helpful in advising things to do in Nuwara Eliya and he could arrange local trips and site seeing around.

Exceptional service

The hotel's location is absolutely serene and beautiful, surrounded by tall Fir trees on all sides. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with rustic Victorian style furniture. The staff is very helpful, especially the property manager Sudharshan.

staff specially sudarshan. cery caring and respectful. food location and spacious room

Management doesnt have any policies for guests. we had to leave at 5am and till 3am the other guests who were 4 young families kept on making noice. the kids were running amuck in the corridors. we requested them to be little courteous to other guests but they dint listen. they ket playing billiards and indoor games till 1 pm at night. there were no rules. the property has only one outdoor sitting area. during our stay everyday inbthe morning kids would occupy the place and then elders would use it till sunset. we sint get 5 minutes in the ourdoor. the worst exepreince.of sri lanka trip.

One of the largest rooms we've stayed in. Spacious and cozy at the same time. The hot water and spa bath.

Their water heaters could've been bigger because the hot water seemed to be running out very soon.

Excellent ambience, location is great. Villa has a history that in intriguing. Staff went out of way to make us comfortable.

Few negatives in our experience. The carpet in room was not clean at time of check-in which they cleaned after our request. Old wooden cupboard was broken and unusable.

Mostly on spa bath. Friendly staff makes feel like home and food is very delicious 😍 The one of the best place in Nuwaraeliya to stay for relax. 😍

The best place to stay near Gregory lake

Room service and staff is customer friendly and very helpful. Hospitality of the staff is excellent. Room cleanliness, room lighting, room heater, spa bath, great experience. Breakfast delicious English and sri lankan. Dinner is also delicious. Highly recommended for couples (hanymoon) and family stays.

No hair dryer facility. Less choice for dinner
