Great location just 5 mins from the main strip on the sea front. A Spar shop is a 1 minute walk. 10 mins to the Mambos. Decent size fridge with freezer. Small cooker and hobs. Microwave Nice size balcony Washing machine downstairs for a charge of about 2 euros

Very dated. Needs a much needed refurb. The beds are like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The apartment was only cleaned once in the 7 days we were there. There was a horrible buzzing/humming sound in the bedroom ceiling constantly. Very noisy on the street at night so constantly get woke up. The swimming pool is horrible. broken tiles all over it. No toaster in the kitchen Really expensive for what it is. Probably because of the location

Great communication with the host on arrival, nothing was too much trouble when we had a few questions throughout our stay, including giving me numbers for taxis, helping with nearby facilities and help with our room. Rooms were very spacious, good kitchen facilities for what we needed- if your a group that's not actually going to be spending much time at the apartment then its perfect. Clean and comfy bedrooms, quiet for the little sleep you do get in Ibiza as well! Good location close to main strip, taxi rank for big clubs and local places to eat.

Nothing major- but no music or bar facilities at the pool, would have been nice to have that to make the pool area a bit more welcoming, although we played our own music and bought some snacks from the room to the pool.

The facilities, not much there

Aircon, pool area, bright rooms, not loud but could still enjoy ourselves and go out partying.

Parking is an issue in most areas. Hard with suitcases etc. The staff was helpful and showed us where the big car park was (free)

The apartment was spacious and met all our needs. The pool was lovely. It was a great location close to facilities and attractions. Richard was a great host. He went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed

Everything! The host Richard was excellent from the beginning to the end of my stay. He was very quick to sort out any issues that we had. The room and facilities were all well kept, clean and nicely presented.

Great host. Rooms were big and clean. Facilities were decent.

Good location about a 10-15 minute walk from the main clubs/beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had a balcony. Check-in after hours was smooth and easy.

After check out we realised that one of the members of the group left their watch there. We contacted the property and asked if they could send it back to us, they replied that they were busy at first so it took a while, but in the end, they did send it back, which we were very thankful for. The kitchenette was fairly well equipped but the utensils etc. were pretty warm out but that is usually the case in such places. There is no oven, just a toaster oven so keep that in mind when buying groceries.

The location was perfect we had access to everything we need it . We like the pool and Richard was really a good host every time you message him about anything in the house , he replied straight away.

Apartments was clean, spacey and in great location.

Really great sized apartment and well equipped. Comfortable bed and nice linen. Lovely bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and even some essentials there to use. Really clean. There is even access to a washing machine! Good location for beaches and town and lots of free parking!

Great bright spacious apartment. Richard was friendly and helpful. Close to amenities. Quiet. A few more utensils in the kitchen for example bottle opener, spatula would be helpful. We had a great stay and would stay again.

A clean, basic stay, don't expect luxury. Big apartments, room for all. Friendly staff. Street noise can be annoying during the night.

Due to all hard materials and no sound proof build, it is really noisy.
