A little less noise in the lobby would of been so nice after a very long day traveling.

The facility itself is new, fresh and clean.

As a business traveller, there’s times that you just need to go back to the hotel, stay inside, go to the on-site restaurant and/or bar and go back to your room to crash. The on-site restaurant was open only for breakfast forcing me to leave to hotel to eat lunch or dinner. Also, a lot of people staying at the hotel and just hanging out in lobby. Apparently there waiting for housing…Security guard in lobby… last time I saw that was in New York City.

It’s clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit, even though we didn’t get the 2 double bed room they gave us the king size bedroom instead and gave us free breakfast for the 3 of us.

The parking is full.

Nice, clean, modern

There was something wrong with the heating system. It was extremely loud and I mean extremely loud. I am not a light sleeper but had trouble sleeping, I turned it off for awhile but woke up cold and had to turn it back on.

Devon on the front desk was an absolute angel. I believe that was his name. He worked through the storm and was super accommodating :)

Pool wasn't working and we there was nothing posted online about it

Great room. Love the room we had. It was very spacious and comfortable.

I hate that I have nothing to complain about...lol. 🙂

The pool was small and dirty

Location was great - close walk to downtown. All of the hotel employees were super friendly and approachable.

Bed was a bit hard

What breakfast?? I was told when I booked the room, breakfast was included in my price for the room; however, upon asking staff on 2 occasions about it, they told me it wasn’t included?? I got ripped off there, so I bought breakfast elsewhere.

Surprise $15.00 parking fee per night. Another turn-off and rip off!

our room could have used an extra floor lamp. the window was very small.

Huge comfy bed, lots of room, and the assistance in getting our luggage to the room was exceptional

The AC unit was noisy, which caused the room to be a little stuffy

Good location always had good experience in the past. Comfortable beds and clean.

No have to pay for parking 15$ a night. Was always free in the past. Room was very cold and took a very long time to warm up. Room heating very loud. Hot water not working well and only able to take Luke warm shower. Frequent travelers to St. John's doubtful we will stay here again. This hotel can do better.
