Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Room was below street level. Many electric outlets didn’t function. Facility looked and felt neglected by management. e.g. for three days they couldn’t provide a bottle of body lotion.

Outstanding breakfast-good variation.

We came back to stay after a few days away at Port Rexton, sadly this time we had extremely poor service. Firstly we asked the hotel to dry clean my husbands jacket for the wedding we were attending - we dropped it off, and came back 24hrs later to collect it as requested - first of all they couldnt find it, and when several hours later they did find it, it hadnt even been sent off - so had to attend the wedding in an unclean jacket. Secondly we had an issue with the bill and went to reception to ask for assistance, Kim Purdy, was on the desk and i have to say i have never been talked to in such a condescending manner - she couldnt have been any more unhelpful if she tried - such a shame to end our visit on such a negative experience.

no parking available when I returned late in evening. was suggested by staff to park in back of hotel late at night. I did not appreciate that. eventually a solution was created as I was going to switch to another property lights by bedside were not working

the restaurant view was beautiful , front staff were very welcoming.

the room was small with a small window overlooking the harbour, compared to your friendly competition . for the price

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff serving. The hotel was reasonably central to the main street with bars and restaurants and shopping.

Air conditioning a bit noisy but worked fine.
