The hot springs at the top level were really beautiful and were tattoo friendly for my small tattoos! Bed was also really large and comfortable.

Bathrooms were a little small.

The location is right next to dotonbori. Quite spacious room, very clean, check in and check out process is very quick

The room was too small for a 4 persons room. No room to spread even one suitcase. Also, the bathroom had a urine smell to it.

綺麗だし温泉もついてて良かったです。 グリコの場所にも近くて子供達も歩くのが苦ではなかったです。

The hot pools lovely.

The beds and pillows are rock hard and the bathroom very very tiny, even for Japan standards.

Good location, nice view from the higher floors. Excellent breakfast and super large bed!

Easy access to all the "hot places" like Dotonbori or Shisaibashi-suji. The beds are comfortable. The staff "try" to help as much as they can. The WI-Fi works well without any problems. Not much to complain about. A friend who stayed there said the hot spring on the top floor is great too.

About that bed... in the picture of the room, it clearly shows that they are 2 beds together. That's the reason I got that room plus the wide window view. The problem is the bed's wheels roll too easily a person could get hurt if they slept in the middle. I sorta fell through once. It would be nice if there was a break on those rollers. When I asked about it they just kept saying the same thing. So I offered to buy a stopper to put under the wheels. But they said I'm not allowed to attach anything there. Technically speaking that's not an attachment. Just putting something under it. You know, since I don't want to break my neck while I sleep.
