Nice owner and good location. Apartment was equipped with all necessary tools/items. Highly recommended for a longer stay.

The apartment isn't new, but the owner is taking care to keep everything in order. Overall there is nothing much to be complained about, bedding could be newer. Apart from this there is nothing else to be mentioned.

Perfect location near beach, supermarket, parking available in front of the house, beautiful clean pool, etc etc....

Stunning apartment with one of the most beautiful gardens and pool one can imagine and direct access to the sea. The owner, Marc, is very likable, polite and courteous; what is more, he is well-experienced in tourism and can tell you about the best spots in the area. The apartment is big, clean and harbors everything you will need for your stay. What is more, there is a big supermarket across the street where you will find everything you will need for your vacation in terms of groceries (and even more). If you travel by car, you even have your own place in the garage where your car will be safe and sound. Villeneuve Loubet is perfect if you prefer it quiet and relaxed; however, Nice, Monaco and other amazing destinations are easily accessible. As someone who has been spending his summer holidays in this area for approximately 20 years now, I can only give the host the best review for his apartment. All in all perfect holiday, I wish my family and me could have stayed longer - we will definitely come back for a longer stay next year!

Everything was perfect.

Flat with new furniture and fully equipped. Near the sea (stones ) and near the pool (one for adults and one for children). Perfect for families.
