Location close to the university, nice surroundings, comfortable apartment with (almost) all useful accessories.

Staff has difficulties in speaking English.

Upon entering the property, the level of dirtiness was unacceptable. There was a strong odor of stale cigarettes and old urine. The desk at reception was sticky to the touch. We proceeded to make our way to our room, the key didn’t work. No problem, we’d just go get another one. Back at the room, however. There were more problems! Why don’t we list them? The room had not had any basic dusting and wiping down. The sofa bed was ripped, broken and dirty. The balcony was stained with cigarette ash and dirt all over. The toilet was disgusting with urine stains on the wall. The bath was rusty. Thé noise levels were awful people talking very loud way beyond normal levels loud music arguing from other apartments. The property was more like a hlm used to house people on a permanent basis We could not stay cleaning was offered a day later but That is too late and that would not have resolved the other problems ! The receptionist said she was leaving as when she gave people the key she new they would be back to complain a short while after. The price is abusive for the quality of the accommodations

The cooker was broken

+ The pool is a decent size and clean. + The room had everything you need for a low key accomodation. + Our room balcony overlooked the pool, mountains and golf club which was really nice. + Staff were helpful. + Loads of parking in nice area + Casino supermarket and 3 restaurants across the road. + Location was excellent with short drives to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Aqualand etc.

- Rooms are basic (observation not a criticism). - Don't expect surgical cleanliness. I guess if you're the sort to look for issues you'd have a field day. - Everything needs refreshing i.e Shower was functional but a bit broke, t.v remote barely worked as so old. Corkscrew bit rusty. Chair had iron mark on. Table veneer peeling off. Nothing major but a few small changes would make a big difference. - Very few sun loungers and a lot broke. - Another observation. There are seemingly a lot of workers that stay at the complex. At the weekend they were chilling in and around the pool and it was all good natured but a bit rowdy. More family orientated in the week.

Location is in the very calm environment near Golf course.

The amenities and furniture is quite old. The electric hot plate was not working and we were unable to prepare food in the hotel room. The wash basin was not cleaned and issue of water clogging. Sofa was also quiet old and tear off the skin.

Free parking.

Breakfast, poor and before time they did not refill milk, juice or bread, and even refused a cup of Coffee 5 minutes before 9.30h. Lack of toilett paper. Sofa not very confortable for 2 teenagers.

Very dirty. I informed them at the reception but they didn't even apologize. They just said they didn't have enough staff. Half the hotel is full of Romanian workers shouting like animals from 7am without worrying about staying families. I never come to this Ahuri!
