Comfortable, cheap price

Everything was so good than what I has expected

It was clean and basic amenities were available.

The bathroom sink had a problem . Reported the matter but was not resolved.

The apartment was so well equipped and comfortable for short stays with kids. (cuckoo hot/cold water, hair dryer, washer/dryer, drying rack, utensils, washing powder, toothbrush etc. although there is bedroom in the living the space is planned and divided so well that it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. The location is great as there’s plenty of food outlets and Groccery 7-11 etc on the ground floor. walking distance to plaza low yat , food street and Berjaya. the staff gave us all the information we needed and were very helpful. we needed a late checkout and they even accommodated that.

The accommodation is nice and clean. Location is good.

Everything was fantastic! Room was spacious and clean. The apartment looked quite new and well kept. It was also in a great location. The rooftop terrace is a must visit as you get an amazing view of the city. There is really nothing to fault. The staff we communicated with was very accomodating.

The room smell was really bad. We had bad experience here and can’t sleep due to the bad smell.

Great location, 100% clean and presence of all comfort. Very good and proactive communication with the host as well. 2 great pools, spread over 2 different floors Good food and fresh coffee shop at the bottom

The hot water for the shower was very limmited, so most of the time we had to shower with cold water. We couldn't find out how to activate the bubbles in the rooftop bath

Location was good. 24hr security was excellent. The apartment itself was clean, facilities working well, aircond was cold, beds were comfy. Reserved parking lot, no need to worry about coming back late. Clear concise instructions were given via whatsapp for a simple check in and check out process. Hosts were prompt to answer any queries i had.

There were instances of sewerage smell but i believe there was nothing the hosts could have done about it as it came from the construction site outside. But it was bearable. TV didnt have local channels, but there's Netflix and Youtube so it wasnt too bad. Only 1 toilet tho, and it s in the the bedroom. A bit of an inconvenience.

Comfortable, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (cuckoo dispenser, fridge, washer/dryer machine, utensils etc.). IMO better than staying at a hotel.

The apartment is very nice and clean. And good location to food and shopping around Bukit Bintang. It has all basic appliances needed and security is good.

The multi storey car park to North suite is abit dark closer to evening time.
