The property was ideally located in Como, was clean, beautifully presented and spacious.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thrilled to find that it looked just like the photos online - spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, with easy access to all of the sights and attractions that I wanted to see during my stay. However, what really made my visit special was the lovely cafe located just downstairs from the hotel. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I loved being able to pop down for a delicious breakfast or a quick coffee throughout the day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable visit to the area.

Modern kitchen, nice decoration, easy to retrieve the key and complimentary bottle of water. There are a lot of ACs in the upper floor.

The shower was full of big chunks of black mold in every corner, with old finish outside of the shower cabin. See photos. It was disgusting. I told the property about this in my last day (stayed 2 nights), they simply said they'd take a look at it - as if lack of higiene and the unhealthy mold was not much of a big deal. Beware: in order to check-in, you're forced to go to into their website and provide photos of your ID/passport and a selfie of yourself holding that ID. Those are the type of photos that end up in the hands of scammers in online shops, who steal people's identities in order to sell stuff that doesn't exist. So if you don't want to risk your identity be stolen, don't come even near this property. The property says the city requires such extreme private information from guests, with pictures and all, but this is not true and if you stayed in other hotels and properties in Lake Como you know that nobody makes photos of you and your documents during check-in. It's absurd. Unfortunately, when I found out about this abuse of my privacy I couldn't cancel anymore without losing the complete payment. I told them I would prefer to have it canceled, but they didn't offer me that option. Door on the upper toilet drags on the floor, there is a indirect, useless light in there, and the power outlet near the sink is not fixed in the wall. Some switches in the bedroom don't work. Lots of noise in the middle of the night from neighbors, including dumping glass after midnight every night. No parking on the property despite every neighbor being able to park there. We had to pay 60 Euros for parking somewhere else for the 3 days. I regretted staying here and I'd never recommend it.

The location was great, to shops and restaurants

Access to property was difficult due to the fact it was in a pedestrian area only No car allocation was given to us even though garages were within the compound to the property we rented Our car got fined one day that had to be parked out on the main road and towed the next Very difficult when off loading suitcases and a baby

Great location and spacious! Very clear instructions on how to collect keys and enter the property.

The bedroom is not fully separated from the living space so not ideal for families where the kids go to sleep early.

Amazing location, big space and loved the 2 floor design, with the bathroom/washing room downstairs and the open floor living room/bedroom upstairs

very comfortable w the air conditioning! close to restaurants & shops. The little restaurant on the corner has very tasty food, hour and an exceptionally friendly staff! Anna at this assisted us to arrange transport. I highly recommend using their designated drivers since we were left on the side of the road on our way here from Milan bc driver couldn’t find property (which is very easy to locate) Anna & the other gals are responsive should you have any questions
