The property was furnished to a high standard and very tasteful. Fantastic position for exploring the town of Catania with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hosts were very welcoming, showing us good places to see and eat. The property also had little extras like coffee and cakes, water, soft drinks and a selection of milk types.

This property was exactly how it was described in the photos! Excellent location & the hosts Tommaso & Emanuela are absolutely amazing! It’s beautifully renovated & has lots of personal touches to make it more than just a holiday rental. Easily accommodated a family of 6. Will definitely stay here again!

The location and the fact it had AC in each room. The breakfast ítems left by the hosts was a kind gesture.

Since we were a group of colleagues Independent of one another, we would have liked to have each our own set of keys. We were able to get a second set in the end but we had to arrange with one another to make sure we had access all the time. Although it sleeps 6 people, only one room is truly independent. The other 2 are not. One sofa is in a through room and the other bed is in a mezzanine in the living room.

Breakfast consisted of the most basic ingredients. Coffee tea milk rusks butter jam and sponge cakes. Fruit juice

Front door needs oiling. So with no doors on the 2 bedrooms sound can be intrusive

Where to start All in one a pleasant experience! Our plane was delayed, but no problem, we where in contact with Thomaso, and he and his wife came late to give us the key and tell about the apartment. The apartment was great: beautiful, roomy and clean, everything you need. We came without anything, but there was a lot loaded already, water, juice, coffee, bread, etc, so that was great. The apartment was perfect for a family of four and bigger than we had expected. Everything was fresh, clean and beautifully designed. We had everything we needed for the week, including tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc which was a lovely surprise. Our hosts were really helpful with lots of recommendations too.

Location is amazing, 3 minutes walk from most of what Catania has to offer. It's right next to many restaurants and bars but located in a "close" building which is silent and safe. The owners waited for us even though our flight arrived after midnight. They were very responsive to our questions. There is no parking space but there is a parking lot not far away at a reasonable price. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed. Everything was functional. and it is renovated beautifully and clean. The structure of the rooms is better for families or couples or close group of friends because there is only one room which is really private. Breakfast is very simple but there was a bread store in front of the building, and the market is close. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare a wonderful breakfast and more

Only one key set was provided, which is good for a family with small children but not for adults. We didn't ask for another set.. maybe they can provide one There was no safe deposit box however there is an iron gate and a door so chances are that nothing will be stolen.
