The staff and the AC in the room.

The bathroom was in bad shape, beds uncofortable, pillows smell like cigarrettes, TV remote didn't work, water fountains disconected. Dove soap, and shampoo containers were filled with a cheaper product, etc.

I did not have breakfast, the location works well for me.

The tub was a bit concerning to me, the middle was sinking whenever I have a shower.

Location to Hard Rock Stadium was good.

Small windows, no room insulation making for an incredibly loud environment. We could hear everything going on around us. No comp breakfast which is pretty standard these days. Dead bugs and hair in the bathroom upon check in.

It's cleaned and fresh

The room smelled like someone had just cooked inside and the bed linens did not seem fresh. You can get an iron at the front desk but they do not have an ironing board.

It's very clean staff very good they know how to talk to people it's was good

Location

To begin, the room they gave us did not look anything like the pictures on the website. The walls were patched with mixed matched paint, the couch was peeling, sheets were dirty (they do housekeeping once every 2 weeks.... do with that info what you will), and one of the safety locks on the door was busted. On top of this, the shower was not sealed with silicone so there is mold just growing between the floor and shower- with a crack near the drain. Forgot to mention that the warm water is limited, don't expect your spouse to get any after you're done. The place had insects crawling around, dead roaches, and not to mention the awful stench that the room gets. Smells like a moist moldy mess. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear crying kids and barking dogs after 1AM. Hotel says its non smoking yet the entire hallway stinks from weed and if you're lucky enough to get a view of the lake- people smoke there too and you will have your room full of weed or cigarette smell.
