I like location in central city.

1. First check-in reception ask who besaid me together check-in, i answer my husban. Confuse why ask abt personal things. Crazy rule i should to show married document? For wht? Thats privacy people. Even im the married couple i dont want for showing married doc to other people. 2. Breakfast area food little not good, example fruits not fresh, and other food nothing special even know bread not modification food 3. Floor resraurant area, there is have gap space hight level not same, so danger people walk maybe will slip and falldown and floor hve hole not make remarks really danger . 4. Room Tv quaility pict not good, not clean even change to digital Tv but still not clear, i think must change use Antena Booster so quality Tv will be good and clear.

location is near to tanah abang and pasar senin..breakfast is nice even though not many choices..i love the small lovely cafe beside the hotel..the coffee is out of this world

Breakfast and location good

It's the location & the bed. This is an accommodation for us to wake up in the morning, venture jakarta & comeback in the evening to sleep & ventue again tomorrow.

Breakfast was basic and all the same everyday & no variety. Water pressure was slow & it takes time for hot water to flow. Staff was lukewarm & if you are familiar with indonesia, this is NOT an Indonesian hospitality at all.

We can't emphasise enough on how much we loved our stay at this hotel! The location was okay, basically around 7mins (20,000 rupiah) Grab ride from Gondangdia Station. It's also 10mins walk to Plaza Atrium, so it's super easy to find eateries, grocer, and to do a bit of shopping. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has several elevators, so definitely suitable for families with little kids and elderly, or just people with large suitcases. Wi-fi also works well. Our room is has a twin bed and comes with clean towels, hot shower, TV, tea-coffee making combo, bottled water drinks, small fridge, hangars, and complimentary body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The room also has a Quran and praying mat, which are very handy for Muslim travellers. The mosque downstairs is also very clean and spacious. We are obsessed with the breakfast buffet; food is generally good, fresh, and tasty. We are very impressed with the variety of food served during our 4-day stay. We also requested for the ironing service, and we are very satisfied with the service.

We can't find anything to complain about.

We were given a room upgrade on arrival which was lovely. The room was large, spacious, clean and comfy. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location to the train station was excellent. We had an great nights sleep here.
