It felt the stuff was kind, but not really competent. There was very reduced vegetarian option for breakfast.

Location was good, near metro station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry machines were good-- easy to use, no problems. Beds were comfortable.

There was no natural light in the tents at all, so I had trouble waking up. There are windows directly behind the tents so why not have windows inside the tents as well? The bathrooms constantly smelled bad but it was bearable. Half of the shower stalls were locked (with no one inside). The ventilation inside the tents was not good-- it always smelled stale.

Good location close to train station and easy to explore Copenhagen from here. Great vibe in the common room and friendly staff.

You basically hear everyone doing everything we slept 3 hours becouse off the snoring

So, each bunk bed is inside a tent, so for the person sleeping on the upper bunk cannot sit. The head touches the tent and it is really uncomfortable to sit, plus because of the tent, it becomes really hot while sleeping. The other thing is the location of the hostel isn’t that good. It is really far from the city

The atmosphere of the whole hostel is very welcoming, due to the friendly staff and tasteful decoration. Everthing, including the bathrooms is frequently cleaned and in good condition. The free water in the common area is greatly appreciated. The beds are comfortable and even though the interior of the tents is very modest you get a great deal for your money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any question I had. The bathroom and shower area was so clean and very modern! I was not expecting such a lovely shower and bathroom area.

The receptionists were friendly.

The whole tent smelled weird to us. Kind of like old urine. Also since the tent is made of some kind of plastic it became very humid and hard to ventilate. We were informed of the individual lockers included in the booking, but when we arrived we found out that a padlock wasn’t included, which is cheap and sneaky. ONE at the desk was 50DKK. This could’ve been made way clearer before booking.

Common area nice & relaxing, really close ro public transport, toilet/shower area quite large so never busy & was very clean.

Tents don't allow for much sound proofing so if you have noisy neighbours good luck. I also wonder would they be very hot in Summer as we stayed in Spring & found them a little warm.

The location was conveniently located very close to a train station. The overall vibe was very much geared towards a younger crowd, especially with the attached bar being very popular during the weekends. The staff had a map of attractions to see, food places, etc… all on a map that was very helpful.

There was little to no noise dampening between tents and no way to lock it.
