. Dirty socks found in the room when I checked in ( from the previous guest) . Upon checking I noticed that they blocked more than what they put in the system and told me . After a long discussion I discoverd that they swiped the card (2) times without telling me. . Instead of making the refund and confirming properly, they kept on saying that we see the money but its not im the orther system. . Everytime I had to explain the situation from scratch to the front office ( instead of putting a note). . What an unpleasant experience to deal with these guys !!!

Great staff and restaurant was excellent.

One time room service knocked on the door at night and entered the room anyway, and I was in the toilet, also the elevator is too small and most of the time the housekeeping will be holding it without using it for no reason, and whenI checked out I specifically asked to charge the blocked amount from my card and don’t charge again and unblock the previous amount, but as soon as I reached my next destination, I got a message from the bank that the amount was charged and the blocked amount is unblocked and it took a few days to get back where I was in the middle of my vacation and that ruined many of my plans

The staff was great and so helpful! they answered all our questions and gave us suggestions for tours.

The staff were super friendly!

It was hard to connect the smart TV to the hotel's wifi. I believe TVs in the rooms should be connected the internet by default.

Everything, especially excellent staff
