Tolles wellness-hotel

Jetzt wirds schwierig. Eigentlich wars perfekt. Zumindest konnte das Hotel Nichts dafür, dass es schlicht zu heiss war und die Bettdecke zu warm war.

Ungekünstelt stets freundliches, hilfsbereites und rundum motiviertes Personal. Selten so einen schönen Aufenthalt erlebt - insbesondere nicht mehr nach der Pandemie.

Überhaupt nichts.

The hotel itself was lovely with excellent facilities

It was a hot day and evening but the room air conditioning was not working. One of your staff kindly provided two fans which helped. I stubbed my toe on the bed but because it had metal feet with finished but still sharp angles I cut my toe on it meaning the I could not use the pool or solbad this would have reopened the wound. I would recommend covering the feet of the bed to make them les prone to injury. The indoor pool room was so hot and the pool itself so warm that nobody seemed to be using it. In the spa close to the solbad, one of the relaxing beds next to mine was out of order. When I tried to use mine I understood the reason why. The back rest on mine would only sit completely upright or completely flat, there was no other adjustment like there was on the other beds. Finally when the floors of the spa become wet, through people using the pool, whether wearing hotel slippers or bare feet the floor becomes dangerously slippery.

we found a red stain in the bed sheet the first night, when I spoke with manager next morning regarding it he directly answered that there no refund in a very impolite way . which is I didn’t ask for, just a ward of sorry will do solve the problem. from there attitude we felt unwelcome so we decided to leave the hotel the next day (although our booking was fully paid for 4 nights and we just stayed 2 nights) and we left to save our holiday.

Eveything was amazing!!! The setting is breathtaking, excellent spa, friendly and super-helpful staff, good food, comfy rooms. And the masseuse, Barbara, is an absolute miracle worker! We’ll be back for sure!
