The location is good. Very close to many restaurants, public transport as well as markets. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The fittings and fixtures of the bathroom/toilet can be improved.

Strange staff. They asked my boyfriend how he get inside, he said that reservation is by my name, they said just "no" and keep asking how he get inside, until he shown his room card.

Good location for us. Best part was parking under hotel. Reasonable price for 24 hours. Bed was comfortable.

In the bath tub the bath mat was full of black mold..we were not expecting a luxurious bathroom but that was not acceptable. General feeling that the housekeeping needs improvement. The food at breakfast was very mediocre. The scrambled eggs were swimming in water,there are no labels on cheeses( fat content etc.) warm dishes were not appealing at all. Some of the usual things offered at Israeli hotels were not available such as tchina, yogurts etc.

I like the location just a 12 min walk to the beach.

the bathroom was gross there was urine on top of toilet. The shower wasn't clean.

Good location for walking to old Jaffa/Joppa.

Generous buffet breakfast that doesn't hit any heights, for example the orange juice is more of a cordial and the coffee machine doesn't make good coffee.

very tired decor. breakfast fairly average and needed some labelling to identify what some food was. plastic decorations should be removed. beds were not that comfortable. bathroom and shower needs updating. disappointed we couldn’t have somewhere to shower after being able to leave luggage following checkout especially when so hot. generally the hotel needs a facelift as it is dated.

Breakfast was standard Israeli , nothing special but ok Aircon worked well despite poor reviews i had read, the bedroom and bathroom, and hotel generally, were clean

Great value/price. The hotel is very close to one of the most interesting parts of Tel Aviv, it's easy to walk from there to the old port of Jaffa. The room was relatively big and clean, good choice of food for breakfast.

The only con was noisy AC system.

I contacted the hotel to ensure that the Wi-Fi is working properly coz I needed to work remotely, they said yes. as I arrived there the first 2 days the Wi-Fi was not working at all ,I had to go to another cafe in the city paid additional money from pocket to that cafe so I can complete my work. however, the hotel didn’t take any responsibility for that. in addition, I was promised to have a room before the check in time,as I have called before I made the reservation and they told me yes you can arrive and have a room we have enough empty rooms. I arrived on 4 AM , no empty room they guy that was there told me : he didn’t get any message regarding a room for me, I was awake more than 24 hours after a flight going just around the city coz they didn’t take responsibility about what have been said on the phone. breakfast very bad, a food look from a week ago, not clean at all.

All the other things. Room/Bathroom were not clean, especially the corners. Beds were uncomfortable and partly defect. Looks like, that no investments were made in the last years.

The location is nice. Not far away from Jaffa.

The rooms and furniture are dirty and broken. The hotel is too expensive. In addition, the service is horrible and the staff clearly don't care about hotel guests. My wife forgot a personal belonging in the room that "was not found" after calling for 3 days and not receiving any type of information. I would never come again nor recommend this place.
