Great hotel with easy acces to Haneda Airport. Everything was spotless clean and they provide so many facilities. You can find în the hotel microwave and washing machine; the cosmetics they provide are very nice and such a wide variety; the bed, pillows and pijamas were really comfortable; breakfast was also very tasty, although would be great to have wider variety for longer stays.

We loved the ambiance, particularly the easy check in and check out process. We also loved the Excelsior Caffe that is attached to the hotel. Very helpful, warm and welcoming staff!

Great Location, especially if you are flying in or out of Haneda airport - 5min walk from hotel to station, and 15-20 train ride to the airport. Very central in a large city, with tons of places to do your shopping, lots of restaurants within walking distance, the per night price is much cheaper than trying to stay in Tokyo, although Tokyo is just a 15min train ride away.  The hotel seems relatively new, the room was extremely clean, with a spacious bath, and free amenities. Loved their pajamas which came with seperate top and bottom (most hotels in Japan just give you a one-piece gown). I didn't use the washing machine, but there was also a interesting system where you can see if the machines are free from the TV system so you don't have to constantly go check,

The check-in had to be done via a machine, which was a bit tedious, but I guess this way there are no language issues.

it maybe depend on personal preferences …I like pajamas of the hotel. Separate type (top and bottoms), feel good around the neck and comfortable to wear.

The hotel was just about a block away from the train station and in a central location for the places and family that we were visiting. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

We were not looking for much, just a place to lay our head at night. The room was a little tight, but for what we were needing it for it was great.

Good location. All staff was friendly and unobtrusive. Rooms were clean and slightly larger than at most Japanese hotels. Nice selection of amenities available in the lobby. Decent strength for Wifi. MANY restaurants (and bars) very close to hotel.

Expected a typical Japanese business hotel buffet breakfast. The limited selection at the cafe attached to the lobby was a bit limited. Check-in procedure had some hiccups with kiosk not accepting my credit card and Front staff having to try several times to get it to be accepted. Elevators can be quite slow.
