the bed is really cozy and located 5mins walking distance away from the MRT, with a 7-11 neighbor.

extra pay for the parking. the price is nonsense. strongly recommend that they provide the parking fee info when booking.

overall service, and the unlimited sparkling water service!

Wi-Fi is not stable

noise is terrible ,we can hear until 1 am,and wake us up in 4 am…..

The room are nice and tidy, even though there's a pandemic going on they still give the best customer experience.

The room had a bad smell like someone had smoked there The staff were really difficult to get hold of and didn’t answer the phone at night The staff were not friendly or welcoming The breakfast was very poor and didn’t have a lot of options - this is understandable because there weren’t many guests, but none of it was very enjoyable. The bed was a smaller ‘king size’ than other hotels in Taipei Found the bathroom cramped Generally seemed to be in need of refurbishment. Seemed to only have groups and was quite empty. I don’t blame the hotel, I just felt a general sense of decline. I’d stayed there one time before a few years ago and the staff were nice enough and friendly enough that they left a positive impression, my parents also stayed here a few years ago and had a good experience, so we returned. But we won’t return again. Disappointing

Only 5 mins away from MRT station, so it is such a nice place for whom relies on it. Rooms are clean and staffs are all kind and polite. We do had a great time there.
