The view from the room over lake Jindabyne was exceptional .Room was very comfortable with big tv with sound bar for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The allocated car park space was very small.

We were upgraded to a double bedroom/bathroom apartment that was very spacious and much appreciated. The room facilities exceeded our expectations including a large fridge, microware, all the cooking utensils we needed, washing machine and dryer, TVs, large and comfy bed, all the furniture and facilities to make our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of Lake Jindabyne from our balcony, the room was very quiet and close to the dining area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and my partner who is vegan appreciated the choice including soy milk. There was plenty of parking at the hotel with parks allocated to rooms. The Hotel is centrally located in Jindabyne and within walking distance to the centre and shops and of course the main road up to Kosciuszko National Park for all our walks. After hours check-in was not a problem as there was a safe onsite to collect our keys.

We were not advised at reception on check-in that rooms are not cleaned, towels not changed, bins not emptied during our week long stay however this was not an issue for us anyway.

Fabulous location with an exceptional view

Very very tired. Place needs a good clean. The outdoor furniture on top balcony is ready for the tip, it was broken, rusty & dangerous not to mention UGLY. The air conditioning upstairs made a very loud noise & the exhaust fans that are linked to come on with light switch sound like an engine in the room.
