The location was convenient

I booked a Superior Apartment with Balcony (or patio) for myself and a friend. The apartment we were given bore no resemblance to the ones advertised. It was out the back in what seem to be converted garages. It reeked of cigarette smoke and an air purifier unit was running in it. The staff person said it was the “owner’s apartment”. There were cigarette burns on the grubby sofa. The second bedroom was only accessible by a fold down aluminium ladder through a manhole in the ceiling. It was less than standing height and had no windows or ventilation at all. There was only one window in the whole apartment as the bedroom window was obscured by a roller door which was broken and couldn’t be lifter. There was obviously no balcony and no patio, just a couple of chairs outside the door in the car park where motorcycles also parked noisily. There was no microwave or dishwasher as listed. There was no dining area as listed just a small table which couldn’t be used if the ladder was down. The bedrooms were very dusty with layer dust on side table. I feel rather ripped off. I think the general units in the complex looked quite good from the photos but the one we got was certainly terrible.

- nice reception lad - fairly clean - bathroom large - they have laundry room and sauna and gym - location is great, right in the middle of town, can walk across the road to the supermarket too - tv channels good

- no lift - bed mattress too soft sinking, uneven like it's been used way too many times with some jumping, the beds at the top of the loft were better but only single mattress. anyway the mattress needs to be replaced. -wifi not working

A really spacious apartment with everything I needed for my stay. Plenty of on site parking.

The Staff were 110%. always helpful & friendly. Room was comfortable. very hot water
