Breakfast was amazing! Staff members Carine, Rene and Claudio were an absolute delight to deal with, amazing people work there.

Front desk staff, great. Roof top pool, fabulous, reason we stayed here. Breakfast was great, and the servers were so kind and hospitable. Staff and roof top lounge and pool are this hotels greatest assets. Boutique hotel, small. Made check in and out easy. I chose this hotel because I like to have a place to hang out after sightseeing besides our room. Was nice to have a place to unwind with my family. There are likely hotels with larger rooms and better location, but without the roof top amenities. If you are like me and want a pool even in the city, this is a good spot. Room size is an adjustment, but we were hardly there except to sleep.

Room was small for three people. Bathroom is not completely private so added some difficulty with three adults. We had no balcony, which might have made the space seem bigger. Uber made the location doable but not close to central shops or water. Uber was inexpensive and quick, so location worked for that reason.

Really nice room, the rooftop bar is a nice place to hang out. Breakfast gets 11/10.

A bit of a trek up the hill if you walk from the metro. I'm not so sure about the open-concept bathroom. If you're not intimate with whoever you are sharing the room with, you will be by the end!

Fantastic staff - warm and helpful. Clean quiet room. Beautiful and warm outdoor swimming pool on the roof. Lovely full breakfast buffet. Free pick up and drop off from airport in a Tesla by English speaking driver. Free 1 hour Tuk Tuk tour with a hotel driver who speaks English. Near Edward Vll park. I enjoyed being in a quieter neighbourhood and having a 30 minute walk to the river along cobblestone streets.

location isn't that good too far from the main tourist areas

Good selection of food, including Vegan, at breakfast. Pool is heated and when open the roof bar is very nice. The room extras such as water and bath robes are a nice touch.

the room layout, with the beds sandwiched between a toilet/washbasin cubicle and a shower cubicle. the balcony over looked the back/garden of other properties. There is a ridiculously small area with a small round table and only one chair, so room occupants can take turns at using it!! There is little privacy if you are sharing with anyone and no space to hang long clothes. I dread to think what it is like by the pool when the hotel is busy as there are not enough sunlounger or umbrellas.

Clean , modern , nice space good location . Room cleaners , lovely job nice too see the difference and feel like you just arrived each day . Best part of the experience top cleaning staff it's important 👌

Staff at desk a bit cold. Prefer more vibrant and welcoming. Pillows to puffy need flat pillows also .

the bathroom wall and door is mostly slats so there is little privacy from the rest of the room when exiting the shower one of the shower heads did not work the jets in the hot tub weren’t functioning

the roof top and the friendliness of the staff. furthermore the localisation to visit Lisbon is very convenient!

The pool, the room, the style

The roof terrace was great and so was the pool area, breakfast was delicious with good service from the team. Claudio is also a legend and they should give him a promotion as he goes above and beyond.

When I booked it, I was receiving daily messages about airport pick up and the Tuktuk tour. The airport pick up was unavailable so we made our own way and we booked the Tuktuk tour when we checked in. we got there early so the room wasn’t ready and the team was supposed to call us when the room was ready but they didn’t. We went down around 4 and got the keys to our room. Fast forward to Friday for the Tuktuk tour and they tell us it was never booked in, which was disappointing. At this point we asked what the alternatives were and if we could do a later time, we were told to sit down and shortly after we met Vera, a manager/ director in the hotel. She explained again that it wasn’t available and we asked about the alternatives, which there were none. She repeated herself a number of times, same way and became louder and ruder each time to the point she said well this is to pamper our guests and is complimentary so not sure what you’re complaining about. It got out of hand so we told her we didn’t want to continue the conversation as she kept repeating her side of the story and was yelling to let her speak and finish which we had done multiple times and understood there was no alternative. upon checkout we were asked about our experience and we shared this and Claudio listened and stepped in and went above and beyond to make our return night a day later one to remember, including a long awaited Tuktuk tour on the Monday morning.

Great rooftop bar area, very relaxing and great pina colada drink! Food was also nicely prepared and served. Beautiful views and wanted to stay longer. Front desk staff was also very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Interesting people around to socialize with.

The room was cold and not set up for comfort, one chair no table, difficult to get around. bathroom no rails for towels only bottles of soap in shower nothing at the sink Lighting difficult to manage Breakfast food available was good but plates were cold. Cold plates and hot food results in cold food. Had to request special attention to get hot plates

Really enjoyed our stay at the Lux Lisboa. Stéphane who brought us to and from the airport was so helpful and friendly. Check in was quick. The location is great, you can walk to the centre. Really lovely hotel.
