This is a breathtaking architect designed surf shack. The house is the absolutely closest property (100 meters) to the best family surf spot in Santa Teresa, its within walking distance to coffee, pizza and grocery stores and the sound of the surf, birds and howler monkeys greet you every morning. The issues with the property are also mainly its location....its right beside the main coastal road to playa hermosa and beyond, and during the day on busy days there is a constant noise of quad and two wheeled motor bikes from the road. The house has three rooms, and one is air conditioned - the main living area blends seamlessly into the pool and garden which is populated with raccoons, lizards and other wildlife (including bugs!). If you are squeamish about that proximity then this might not be the property for you. Lastly, the sleeping arrangements are limited to two main bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. Small children can easily sleep on the sofas in each of those rooms but older children may need more privacy. Lastly, this house is vertical, with spectacular views from the upper floor deck - you will become very familiar with the beautiful staircase. We didn't mind, but its definitely a lot of up and down! We could have stayed forever but there are a couple of drawbacks for the less adventurous guest..
