Good located for sight seeing. Big underground garage, good food big cars. Very friendly stuff.

the apartman was not clean, only superficially clean. the smell of mold was present all the time. It is very loud (from the traffic) when you open the window.

The shower door was broken and flooded the bathroom every time you used it. Was there a week and not cleaned. Pillows small and crap.

the room was spacious enough for three people and was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was fairly good, about 10min walk to the nearest Metro station.

I liked the little kitchen. I also liked the size of the room. I liked the TV in the room.

I didn`t like the fact that the room wasn`t that clean and a weird smell was present in the room. I didn`t like the fact that you have to pay in order to get clean towels.

only the downstairs was nice but very deceiving

we got to the hotel. had to pay a 200€ deposit fee for any damages etc ( which was not mentioned anywhere before the stay) on top of 400€ for our actual stay. we got to our floor (1), there was a very ill smell where the hotel just did not feel clean. We then got into our hotel room, 110 room was fine. We then went to our second room ,133, it was not made at all. Bed was a mess and not made, unpleasant smell, sofa was a mess, coffee stains on the surfaces and hair in the bathroom. From having a long day travelling plus restaurant reservations on the night. We did not have any time to deal with such disappointment and unprofessionalism. This then ruined our stay to the point we didn’t even feel clean in the hotel let alone the hotel room. We spoke to the manager and she said that we would have to contact booking.com in order to get some repercussions. I hope you are able to do something about this as we did not get our moneys worth at all. Pictures will be uploaded.

Room looked a little bit used.

The location is not immediate of the points of tourist attractions. However, when you visit several of them, you still use public transport. In this case, you must add 2 extra stations to the route. No big deal! The neighborhood is quiet, even too much. The apart hotel is comfortable, quiet, roomy and comfortable. We even cooked one day in it. All ok.

The glass shower door did not close well and the water leaked a bit. The pillows were very soft and low. Personally I don't like it that way.

The staff was very nice, there were a lot of facilites in the apartment, and the price is really good! There are also grocery stores nearby. Great place!

A bit far from the center, and you have to walk 12 minutes to the metro, which is a bit scary at night
