The only good thing about the property is the location.

The room was supposed to be city view, however there was no view at all. The view are the neighbors houses. The towels are so old as if they are papers now because of laundry. The bedsheets weren’t changed during the 5 nights of stay even though we asked to clean everyday. The kitchen is on the wall of the room. Every time they are cooking the smell inside the room. The bed is not comfortable at all Pillows are so old The bar opens only on Saturdays The reception area is always dark, they don’t light it up The elevator fits for 1 person only The hotel is at a dead end street, so taxi can’t enter to drop our bags They just have water in the minibar

Noise during weekend

Great location to old side, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. We checked in late at night and there was no issue at all. Breakfast was great and made fresh, to your liking. The food was also a little different each day, the chef is very sweet and asks you what you’d like/how you’d like it. We had to leave early one morning for a tour and she was accommodating and made us an early breakfast too :) There are also some very cute cats that live nearby so that was a plus. The location has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including robes and slippers.

The beds are a little firm, one had a divot that made it a little uncomfortable. The shower did not drain quickly but it was fine. It is also a little hard to find, either tell your taxi to drive around to the top of the hill or you can just take the stairs leading up to it. Because it is close to the center, it can be loud outside at nights, especially the weekend, and the sound of other guests in the halls can definitely carry.

out room on the 4th floor had great views from 2 windows over the city at to the castle (room 401). very central location.

Location of the hotel was superb in the center of the city. I loved my stay there. Staff were super nice friendly and felt like home. I personally thank the front desk staff Maria and George, the house keeping lady Tamara. They all were helpful and kind. Had the chance to meet the owners of the hotel Mr David and Mr Sokho were super nice. I recommend this hotel for so many good reasons. Loved it and I miss the feels like home breakfast with lovely staff 😊 💕

The location is perfect! Very central within Tbilisi, with lots of restaurants and monuments around. We missed breakfast as we traveled early.

The room wasn't very clean, the bed was not comfortable at all.

This is apparently a new family running hotel with very central location. It features cozy interiors, clean and newly renovated rooms and common spaces, the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Despite the very central location, just in 1 minute walk form Meidani square, the hotel offers quite moderate prices. In my opinion, it is the best value for money ! The hotel can be particularly good option for travelers form Armenia, as it is just in 15 minutes walk from the Yerevan-Tbilisi bus stop.

A very nice and cozy centrally located boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, while the breakfasts were delicious and filling. We would gladly return to Old Side Boutique hotel!
