Great pool at the roof top terase and tasty breakfast

Great hotel, excellent and helpful staff, very comfy beds (not a fan of such big pillows but some people are), good breakfast served in sister-hotel a block away. Room was spacious with a nice layout. Good location if you're walking around town.

It was a noisy area at night - they provide ear plugs but I can't sleep well with those on and the jetlag didnt help. Note that the location specified on Google is a little off and taxis don't always know where this hotel is, so keep in mind it is in Calle 10 Norte Bis, close to Coco Bongo.

Great location. Close to restaurants we like. Awesome rooftop pool and bar. Very very clean. Staff was unbelievable friendly and helpful.

Great location near the Main Street of Playa (and we didn’t hear any noise like some of the other comments said). Huge room and big bed. We were able to check in early which was helpful.

The breakfast across at the other property wasn’t worth it for us. It was stinking hot, no airflow and very busy.

The hotel is a boutique hotel which is modern and good utilities.

The cleaning, you need to inform at Reception that you would like cleaning on the day otherwise they assume you don’t need cleaning, they don’t offer clean towels, water etc you need to ask for these. the cleaning was very poor, I asked few times and they just tide up my bed, change the towels, but didn’t refill the water, no tea, no hand wash. Hotel is good overall, but need to improve on the cleaning.

It's very modern, everything is new and works amazing 🤩, Close to the beach and the main street. It is strongly recommended. If I will go back to playa del Carmen, definitely I will come back at this hotel.

He has not parking. It is annoying and risky leave the car outside in the street. You need Coins every day and go to the parking street machine every six hours. In my case I saw a very stupid woman hit my rent car because of she didn't know how to put on the reverse gear. On the other hand, inside of the room there is no privacy if you want to take a shower. Your partner is looking you meanwhile. For me was very sexy experience but maybe it is not nice for everyone.

Noisy room not for a light sleeper, good location for night life but not the best for sleep. Lack of parking. Counter in the room not clean, no soap at the sink not enough wash clothes for the guests, refrigerator not cold

It’s super accessible from restaurants and ferry point. Staff is very good. View from rooftop is amazing.

Not really but coco bongo is 2 mins away and May be the night music might disturb you a little bit. It’s manageable but noticeable.

The breakfast was a little poor. I think it should have more options.

The location is so good

It is not worth including breakfast in the reservation. It is very limited for the cost. The service is slow and inaccurate. The small pool needed cleaning.

Staff were very efficient and helpful. Location good. Room was clean, bright and large.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The building was not sufficiently insulated so as to block out the late night noise which carried on until 4am in the morning. No attempt was made to fix the sink which drained slowly during the entire stay.

the location is great but it’s also a disadvantage. staff is really nice and helpful and the breakfast is delicious.

the hotel is located close to coco Bongo which is really loud and they do a lot of party and long. so there is a reason why the give you earplugs on your pillows. so bring your own earplugs too and then it should be fine

The room lay out, no space to change in privacy without going into the bathroom.

The hotel was at a quite good place. You can easily access beaches, restaurants, clubs. However if you are looking for a nice, quiet place this is not the right choice. The service at the reception is not that good, but at the bar everything was great.

- noisy: we had to change rooms. on the rooftop there was a party and you can hear every songs from the Coco Bongo - they forgot that we ordered a lunch box. Receptionist was not on top I guess. - poor internet connection on the 4th floor
