The house is clean and the location is central. The host is very responsive to our needs and very friendly. I would definitely come back in the future.

The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the unit.

The only thing good about this property is, that it was very convenient to go about your day if you need groceries or just a stroll around the neighbourhood.

Lets start off with the cleaning fee of $200 or as it was for my trip. However you do most of the cleaning which includes loading and starting the dishwasher, throwing away all the garbages from every room of the house and then you must also do the laundry otherwise you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Now onto the house, I will include pictures of how clean it really is. There is previous damage which the owners were made aware of on the day of check in via message and have acknowledged and replied saying they are aware it was from the previous renters but then try to contact booking.com and try to blame you. There is no A/C but have provided 2 fans, 1 is broken, I personally went out of my way to buy 3 fans that are at the property as I could not take them on my flight. Overall, Highly Highly unhygienic with loads of insects crawling in the carpet and on the walls, mildew and mold infested. Jus stay away honestly until they have optimized a use for the $200 Cleaning fee.

This is an awesome place! Very well decorated and nicely furnished. Spacious kitchen and well equipped. Lots of space everywhere. Nice bathrooms. It was very nice to have the washing machine and dryer. We could park our car in front of the house. Awesome view on Calgary skyline from one of the bedrooms. We walked downtown, it took us about 25 minutes. Stopped for pancakes at Phil's on 11th on our way :-)

Only 2 glasses for 6 people so not fully equipped kitchen. Only double beds so if you’re taller than 6 feet or slight larger, it’s a tight squeeze
