Хорошее расположение. Рядом ресторан, кафе, прекрасное спа Zenza в 5 минутах ходьбы, напротив въезда в отель стоянка тук-туков, на которых в любое время легко добраться до пляжа Банг-Тао и прочей инфраструктуры. Большой прохладный бассейн с джакузи на всю длину корпусов -- прекрасное решения для апарт-отеля такого типа. Яркие надувные матрасы для плавания в бассейне. Чистота территории. В самом номере достаточное количество мест для хранения, 2 сейфа, утюг, гладилка, сушилка, посуда, хороший свет в ванной для макияжа (это редкость).

Мы бронировали номер люкс с выходом к бассейну, но не учли, что шезлонги общие и их очень мало на все количество номеров и отдыхающих. Поэтому, открывая утром шторы и балконную дверь, мы всегда натыкались на чьи-то попы под окнами нашего номера. Приватности никакой, только после 7-8 вечера. Первый этаж не рекомендую еще и из-за сырости и затхлого запаха в номере. Диван был весь в разводах и срочно нуждался в химчистке. В остальном претензий к чистоте в номере нет. Девушка-горничная старалась и убирала хорошо. Как оказалось, соотношение цена-качество не оправдано. Ближе к пляжу мы нашли крутейшую новую виллу с 3-мя спальнями, собственным бассейном и с горничной в те же деньги.

- the location was great for our needs, if you're looking to stay in bang tao area this is a good option to consider. the hotel is located within walking distance to a bunch of beach clubs - shuttle service - breakfast's okay

-the state of the room (tiny, musty smell, ac directed at the bed) - coffee offered during breakfast is undrinkable, which is why the hotel conveniently offers to make you a freshly brewed coffee at extra charge :/ - a pool area is almost always in the shade - poor service & impolite staff they shamelessly charged a broken glass water bottle (pieces of which we cleaned up btw) to our bill and refused to return our deposit amount in full because that was considered a ‘damage’ to the hotel property. after i argued that we were throwing these same bottles in the bin after we were done with them this whole time because nowhere did it say they are hotel property and should be handled with care the lady at the desk doubled down and claimed these were reused by the hotel. what a joke! as if i didn’t see those same crystal brand bottles sold at the supermarket. good thing they didn’t charge us for all those bottles we threw away i guess. the worst part of it all was how the situation was handled by the hotel employee, incredibly rude, was speaking over me the entire time but was pretty much saying the same thing over and over again bc there are only so many comprehensive sentences they could form in english.

Absolutely nothing

DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT. We have visited Thailand 19 times and can safely say we have never had an experience like this. From the moment we arrived it felt like everyone was against us. We were told we were getting a free room upgrade, then to be told they had made a mistake and told us we must pay. The next morning (and many mornings after) my husband requested a ham and cheese omelette, only to to be told no because it wasn’t halal (even though bacon was being served as well as fresh pork ham) when addressed with front of house, they also told us it’s not a proper halal kitchen so shouldn’t be an issue. But it kept being an issue. The resort is on a main Rd of many construction sites. woke one morning with a letter saying we needed to pay for extra cleaning of foot towels. They were hardly dirty as we were careful to wash out feet prior. We booked a shuttle bus back to the resort twice which forgot to pick us up. The second time my husband chased the bus but he didn’t stop. We had booked to stay here for two weeks but left after one. They REFUSED to give us a refund. I spoke with the general manager who was extremely rude and dismissive and told me my complaints were minor and silly. After speaking with the general manager, I went back to our room which was being cleaned. After the cleaner left, my husband noticed the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned and towels not replaced. I went back down to the GM who told me to GO AWAY because I was lying ( only to then be told by the cleaning team they forgot!) Absolutely terrible resort run by terrible people. We lost almost $2000 AUD and went to stay at a far better resort.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean and the overall hotel facilities were 5 star! The restaurant serves delicious food just a bit pricey!

We would have appreciated knowing that you have to pay a deposit for the room upon arrival.

Nothing, my biggest mistake to book here

I booked the 2 rooms suite. The reception was not helpful for check in. Rooms spaces were vey small no space to move inside bedroom. The room is not having simple things like tissue and other necessaries. Faraway from everything.
