Location and staff was friendly

Very old property and very dim / bad lighting in the rooms. Breakfast was also below average

Basically, it is the hotel with good hospitality and I am satisfied.

It may be a coincidence, but the room I stayed in smelled of mold, which was disappointing.

Beach was private, big, white sand, clean calm water, restaurant and bar, beach chairs, towels, everything you need is there! Breakfast starts 6am and looking at ocean, the bar at sunset, facilities and staffs are more than what you paid.

Located on a golf course . Apartments were nice enough .

Lobby was very run down . So first impressions were not good . Pool was tiny

Unfortunately the facilities were limited due to Covid however the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and helped me resolve some persona ISSUES

I stayed there in a Halloween night, it was joyful to attend the hotel Halloween party - good old and drinks, good fun. My 2-story room, right on the lagoon is large, beautiful, very comfy. Outdoor bathroom is terrific and I like smell and quality of Angsana toiletry set provided. Morning jogging around Laguna area is nice and its spa services are exceptional - used twice in 2 days.

Breakfast services can be improved - a room is packed with crowd and noisy, services are extremely slow, food quality is slightly dropped - this totally diluted my appetite and have to quickly return to the room to have a peaceful perfect coffee from my private bar.
