Rooms could have been cleaner and the bar staff were very rude. The food was below average and was the same thing each night on the evening buffet

The staff were amazing. They really made an effort to make you feel at home. The water slides were fun as well. Good thing about dinner and breakfast was that parts of the menu would change every day. All in all it was a comfortable stay. It was also very close to the Antik area (10 min walk) which is a very lively place with good places to eat with live music amongst other things. The place was also clean.

Food was okay. Not good not bad. Did not expect the room wifi to be paid but the receptionist gave us free coupons to use for our stay which was great. Wifi at the restaurant is free for all though.

I found the hotel to be clean with everything on good order. My room was a reasonable size with comfortable double and single bed. The mattress was like new. The room was in good decorative order - as was all the hotel. The breakfast was OK -not to European standard but they did offer cooked to order eggs. The restaurant / bar offers good quality reasonable priced food all day. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Small problem with room was fixed quickly.

Some of the towels are old and threadbare. The shower had a good water flow with continuous hot water but the shower head needed replacing as the water didn't spread out like it should.

Family owned hotel - we felt very welcomed, all in hotel were very polite and helpful with information. Apartments are nice, clean and you can cook fast lunch if you need. Breakfast and dinner was ok - cooked meal (one main course with multiple side dish and salads)- we didn't expect culinary stars for the price. On pool we had enough space (but in Antalya in Aug 2021 was only about 30% of tourists than usual) - we liked size of the pool and kid's pool - or kids spent hours of fun there. Prices for food and drinks on pool are ok. Around hotel you have stores to buy whatever you need. It is not close to Antik Side- you need 30 min walk and we used this as evening exercise -you can always catch dolmus on the road if it was too hot. We also walked one evening to Manavgat mall (also 30 min walk). Hotel beach - free hotel transport (9.30) and then we would go from the beach walking because it was too hot to stay whole day. Beach is classic Antalya sand beach and it was not crowded, close to AntikSide. Internet we got from the owner free ( usually you pay 10 TL per day )- all worked ok. Free WI FI is around restaurant and pool.

Bed mattress can be better, on pictures there was billiard and table football but I believe because of COVID there was no availability - which would improve for sure some vacation fun. In August, since it is hot you need to use AC almost all night if you are in 5th floor.

You get what you pay for. A nice family owned hotell with nice staff. Free shuttle to get the beach in the morning and back in the afternoon. We stayed in October and not many guests but still they had everything opened and the bar kept serving drinks until the last person went up to get their room. Would definitely come back again.
