Was as advertised. Very clean and nice house. Owner was very responsive and helpful with a special request.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown and shopping are just a few minutes away! Beds are great, appliances are too and I did a lot of cooking there. I started each morning in the patio with coffee and loved it. Super peaceful. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive to my changing the dates. When I return next year, I will stay again. You won't regret staying here.

The property manager asked me the reason for my stay. I explained that I needed to have a meeting within the Dallas area, so a rental was ideal. The property manager provided entry for a couple of guests into the rental before I arrived and without my approval, the property manager sent constant messages throughout the eveing questioning who was in the rental (this started before 4pm the day of check in), the property manager sent a message in reference to complaints from the neigbors when there wasn't any music or noise coming from the rental. I was uncomfortable the entire stay. I will never rent from this property manager again and I will not recommend anyone to rent that property. The rental was in tact and all rules were followed. I'm in the marketing industry and I meet with clients at different location due to some of their identities. Yes, sometimes a property rental fits our our budget better than renting multiple hotel rooms.

We couldn’t be more happy with the place and the owner. Absolutely beautiful and cozy! Very quiet neighborhood and close to where we needed to be. Would definitely come back.
