Location is great. Nile view room amazing. Pool very big and clean. Room very spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was full of variety. Breakfast tables overlooking the Nile.

Restaurant food especially japan one terrible

This hotel made our trip more special and enjoyable. Everything about it was above the level: rooms were huge with a beautiful view of the terrasse, the service of the staff was more than we expected; very smiley and friendly, last but not least the food 🤌🏻 it was a bliss!! They had a variety of food so you can always find something to eat. Thank you for making our trip memorable 🙏🏼

Checkin - Checkin was smooth. We were greeted by lovely lady - Virginia and she was our contact point if we needed any information. Rooms - Room was big and spacious with kettle and tea/coffee sachet. Bathroom was also big with two basins. It was comfortable enough for a family of 4. The person cleaning the rooms was very polite and cleaned the room very well. Location - Location is a bit far from the main city but we were ok with using Careem App. We used the careem app to take taxi to and from hotel. On one occasion we asked hotel to call the taxi but I found Careem app much better. Food - Lot of options in breakfast with lot of bakery options and good option for vegetarians. Their falafel and croissants were amazing. Fresh fruit counter was also nice. Good seating space outside with a view of Nile. We didn’t had dinner in the hotel because it was only a buffet option and I found it better value to go to city to eat. Swimming pool and zoo - Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and it was not crowded at all. We also liked the Zoo. Room service - you can order room service and I found the price to be just about ok. We ordered pizza for kids and it was reasonable price. There is a surcharge for room service which is also reasonable. Safety - we planned for a felucca boat to pick us up from the bank of Nile river which is on the edge of the hotel. As soon as the boat arrives, security person came to take all the necessary details from the boat owner. Which reassured us of the safety in the hotel.

Everything was great. We had an amazing stay. The staff was so kind and helped us with all our requests about tours and activities. They food provided by the biggest restaurant was fresh and delicious (we didn’t try the other restaurants). The rooms were perfectly clean and well equipped. The view over the Nile from the pool area was incredible.

They keep an amazing garden and birds flock. It's not the newest establishment but the room is spacious and clean. It's on an island, so quiet and you can enjoy the Nile river 360 degree...I would go back for sure.

We stayed at the Kings Villa. Spectacular views in beautiful setting with excellent service. Perfect getaway for a family who want to visit Luxor and be able to retreat to an oasis of peace after a busy day sightseeing.

Très beau complex. Un manifique travail des jardiers qui embellissent l'emdroit. Les chambes sont propres et belles. La vue sur le Nils et la Vallée des rois depui sles piscines et les differents emdroits du site sont trop beaux.

Difficile d'avoir de l'eau en bouteille sans payer (le cout n'est pas grand chose mais vu les températures ne pas trouvés dans la salle de sport et être rationné à 1/2 litres par personne n'est pas du standing attendu par ce type d'établissement. On sent un stress et une désorganisation au niveau management. Les personnels sont tous gentils et serviables mais ils ont du mal à prenrde à des décissions et sont souvent dans l'ambarrat.... Un detail m'a choqué mais c'est personnel le motif du carrelage autour de la piscine qui rapelle un triste motif de la 2nd guerre mondiale. Motif peut être pas utilisé en Egypte mais sachant que l'hotel appartenait à des europeens avant (Suisse)...

Very green area , they taking cares about garden

There are 3 pools and all of them not heated. In December very cold to swim.

The 3 pools are amazing, specially if you are travelling with kids!

The service is not that great. For two days, we didn't have towels in the pools. The Staff kept saying '10 minutes' '10 minutes'... and we were all there without towels.... not nice!!!! Specially being here because the pools!!! Also, and as the hotel is in an island, there are soooo many flies 24 hours. That was very annoying as you can't have a rest at all... unless you are in the water all the time! Also, our room was in front of the Zoo and we couldn't sleep properly at night time because the noise of the animals there with many dogs barking at night time. We asked for a late checkout and they said it wasn't positive as the hotel was fully booked. I am hesitant about it as the most of the rooms in our compound were empty during all our stay.

The location was so nice by the Nile. Italian restaurant was very good. Staff was helping.

The property was little old and needs some renovation.

Jolie Ville Hotel & spa was amazing, loved everything about it, grounds were so clean and tidy, great views of the Nile river, swimming pools fantastic, food was delicious, All the staff, especially Achmed who worked in the Bar restaurant, so friendly and just lovely person, Also the girl who arranged out trip to the Vally of the Kings, would highly recommend this hotel.

The views here are absolutely mesmerizing. the facilities are great, basically you’re on a lush oasis in the middle of the Nile. The pools are also fantastic, and all staff is always ready to help you in any way. The meals at the hotel (restaurants and room service) are better than expected, everything is fresh and tasty. The breakfast buffet has an immense variety. I truly don’t understand some bad reviews about this place, we thought is was fantastic. Since we visited in June (low season), the pools were almost empty, which also contributed to the peaceful environment. Also, we booked a standard room, and got a king sized bed. I don’t know if that’s the standard practice or if we got upgraded to a better room, but it was fantastic!! Finally, to visit Luxor you need to catch a taxi or Careem. The taxis cost about 100 EGP and Careem starts at 50 EGP. You can ask at the reception to call a taxi, it takes about one minute!

The view, the facilities and the super attention of the staff

extremely well managed , well maintained everything about it was very professional a great experience at a brilliant price for room , food , beverages , couldn’t fault it and the food and breakfast buffet unbelievable 👍👍👍👍👍

pool was very nice, and breakfast attendant remembered us by name also the bartenders were very kind!

they insisted especially Zein about booking a massage over and over when we didn’t want to book a massage. Also, they lied about getting a golf cart for us when they picked up another couple before and we had to walk with our luggages and received no luggage assistance upon check out.

The staff, the pool, the food. Especially Milad at the reception was fantastic.

1. at arrival the porters took a long time to get the luggage to the rooms 2. Two rooms of my travellers had initially defective airconditions 3. The food in the inside restaurant on arrival took a very long time

One of those rares places that completely standout. Great facilities, beautiful open space right on the Nile, with one lovely pool in particular, good food, great staff, and as cherry on top of the cake awesome value for price. God willing, I will return.
