Отель Karon Sea Sands восхитителен, наш отдых в нем прошел просто замечательно. Начнем с того, что нас заселили раньше положенного, сразу по прибытию в отель был предоставлен холодный напиток и ледяное полотенце, что было очень кстати, т.к. дорого от аэропорта заняла порядка 1,3 часа. Девушка на ресепшене была крайне мила, старалась чтобы мы ее поняли и дабы не вызвать недопонимания, все свои слова переводила на русский язык. Взяли 100$ в залог, при выселении вернули. Сотрудник отеля взял наши вещи и сопроводил нас в номер. К слову сказать, в момент нашего пребывания отель был полностью заселен, и поскольку нам нужно было два номера рядом а их не оказалось в наличии, руководство отеля повысило нам категорию номера и нас заселили в семейный номер. Что касается уборки: убирались каждый день всегда во второй половине дня. Ежедневно меняли постельное белье, полотенца и МЫЛИ полы. Да, да мыли а не как обычно в других отелях подметают веником. Лежа у бассейна я также могла наблюдать, как убирались на балконе в других номерах. Там так же мыли полы и ежедневно до блеска натирали стекла. Касательно питания: как уже писали оно действительно разнообразно. Всегда был суп, два вида мяса (курица и свинина), рис, картошка, макароны. Из фруктов ежедневно: арбуз, ананас (очень вкусный!), папая, дыня и либо драконий фрукт либо бананы. Если, что то заканчивалось, персонал своевременно пополнял все. Так же есть кофе машина что лично для меня огромный плюс. Не смотря на 100% заселение я не заметила проблем, чтобы найти место на завтраке все размещались ни кто не стоял в очереди. Ребята оперативно убирали грязную посуду и сервировали стол снова. Про бассейн: вода чистая, едкий запах хлорки отсутствует, по расписанию включают джакузи, лежаков так же на всех хватало. У отеля есть свои бонусы для всех гостей скидка 10% в близ лежавшие рестораны (при заселении об этом сразу говорят).

Все было на высшем уровне, это наша не первая поездка на Пхукет и уже 4 конкретно на Карон, и я с уверенностью могу сказать, что нашла свой отель. Жду с нетерпением новой встречи c Karon Sea Sands.

Good value for money, low season stay very affordable.. Hotel is nice and provides all the basic amenities. Pool is clean and well maintained and rooms where clean and nice as well.

The quality of the breakfast buffet could be a little better and a bit more healthy options. Juices weren't fresh and the bacon chewy. However staff was very friendly and nice at all times.

Great location, minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious room with good seating area, balcony overlooked pool. Staff friendly and helpful, place was clean and comfortable. Extensive multi-lingual library to take/swap.

Shower leaked into bathroom and shower head was a little broken but to be fair we didn’t report this, we just made do. Breakfast was ok. It’s a little tired but it was relaxing and comfortable stay and I’d go back.

I LOVED the location. It was right on the beach. The property sits a little back from the road (parking lot and pull up). As soon as you hit the sidewalk, the beach is right there. It’s also close to the bus stop. Pro tip: DO NOT pay for a Tuktuk or a taxi to the airport unless you’re pressed for time. You can pay 200 baht and ride the bus to the airport. It makes stops at beaches along the way but the ride isn’t bad and saves money. As for the property, the breakfast was nice but doesn’t vary, so long term guests may get bored. The pool area was well kept and looked clean though I never swam there- bring bug spray.

I had to use a cup and thought I had checked for cleanliness. There was a small stain (which I should have rinsed or cleaned) but attributed it to previous coffee stains (I didn’t think nor expect it to be a brand new cup) only to have the taste off coffee mixed with my milk. I was immediately appalled. I know that the highly trafficked areas like bathrooms and beds get cleaned, but this oversight was disgusting. That was the only negative experience, but did make me extra cautious using things.

Very nice big room and bathroom. Shelf space was good and hooks and bars were good… they even had a wonderful drying rack on the balcony! I loved the daybed to lay and read. They gave us 4 glass bottles of water per day. Wi-fi was good. There were 2 functional restaurants while we were here (off season) as well as a rooftop bar. The pool bar was not functioning.

Pool wasn’t as clean as I’d expect, particularly the kids pool (a lot of algae in the grout). Pool bar was closed.
