Great accommodation and location.

Location is good with a supermarket nearby and owner was nice to provide 2 bottles of beer.

I had a hard time looking for the owner to checkout even though we had arranged to checkout at 10am in my room. Not advisable for guests looking to catch a train and lucky that I was not short on time.

Excellent location - very close to the hiking trails, close to restaurants, super markets and to restaurant Bellini, where one could get a discount as a guest :) Best host - Karin was a great host, very warm, friendly and offered to go out of the way to help us. Everything was perfectly organized, including our check-in, providing the Karwendel tickets and payment. The App was great and very user-friendly! Made the process very easy with loads of useful information in the app. Apartment - very clean, beautifully maintained, all utensils and appliances provided, excellent furniture, overall makes one feel at home :)

Such warm welcome we had by the host.. It made our entire holiday blissful. The apartment is in the Mittenwald town surrounded by alps.. Nice Location, Very friendly service ,Clean apartment.. Would definitely pick again if we go on vacation in Mittenwald.... **** Dont Forget to reserve a table inn advance at the small restaurant owned by the host *** ( We missed that :/// )

Almost nothing... Small suggestion that it would be great is the description in the mountain view mentioned which mountain range..

The location of the house is great. It's has a stunning view of the mountain.

Everything was great! Frau Bellini's is an exceptional host. Pretty much best we have ever had. Location was great, we thought our preference would be a place in the town center, but actually prefer this location - 3 ways to get to town center, all were about 5 minutes of leisurely walking.

Very good place and nice boss woman😄❤️Everything clean and you have everything what you need👍Will come back next year!!! We were with a little child and with dog, and it was not problem. Very very good filings after our weekend there.

The location is very close to the city center but the area is really quiet. A Rewe store is just 5 min away by foot. Everything is very clean and the owner a very nice and kind person. A nice surprise for me was to find many books in the house, they made my evenings.

I am almost 2 mts and the bathroom is a bit small

Everything was great. Location was great, it is in centre of Mittenwald and very close to shops, restaurants, cable cars and so on. Bath is big and comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped.

We are family with a baby 1 year old. Host gave us a cot for free, but our baby sleeps with us. There was double bed but including two mattresses (two single mattresses) It was not comfortable to sleep together on it. Also in kitchen's entrance a big step, it was a bit dangerous for a baby, we always kept an eye on a baby because she could easily falling down.

Super apartment easy 5 minute walk to the center or trails. Karin was quick to respond to all inquiries, flexible, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We called in the second day because we didn't made the check-in to receive the Alpenweltcard and nobody answered, and didn't called back. In the evening we could reach them and they said to us that the next morning at 10 pm will come, but nobody came to us, we was needed the look for them.
