This was the base for groom’s family. Could not have asked for a better setting. Very scenic, roomy and well appointed. Pictures were representative of what you will find when you get there. Communication with Bryan was great from the outset, and he was very accommodating with our check in/out times. We highly recommend this property for your NOLA area stay

Pictures didn’t do this property any justice! It was so beautiful! I had permission to have a small birthday lunch and it was better than I ever thought it would be. Bryan was so nice and helpful throughout my entire stay and was always available if I needed anything! 10/10 would recommend!

Pictures don't do this property justice. The house and grounds were both grand and majestic. Enjoyed having all the necessities that we needed available. Downtown so there is a little traffic noise in the background outside, but that did not stop us from feeling like we were in a secluded venue in the country. I can't recommend this home enough. Book it now! You will not regret it.

This property was amazing and it’s location was in downtown Covington so you were in walking distance to everything . Bryan was super easy to work with and when we arrived he gave us a tour of his well maintained and gorgeous house. We rented it for the weekend of our daughters wedding and took bridal pictures before the wedding . I highly recommend this property. Michele C.

The House was an incredible backdrop for the small group get-together, and it was so nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants of Covington. The owner was great - very flexible, easy to communicate with, and very nice. House and grounds are beautiful! Interior has very modern architecture with many classic furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Property owner met us at check in, gave us a tour, explained all necessary features, and available by phone for any questions. Highly recommend!

The home was better than we could imagine. It’s gorgeous!!! We took a girls trip wanted to relax and catch up. This was the place to do it. The location was amazing. We walked to shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to go back.

The location is fantastic. Very private and quiet until you open the gates and then shopping, restaurants and the running/biking path are steps away. Covington is friendly and fun. The house looks just like the pictures. Bryan was welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay.

This is a fantastic and elegant top rating VRBO. It worked for the adults and the children. It is a lovely property on a huge lot right so you feel you are in the secluded country but if you walk out the gates you are smack in the middle of town near lovely shopping and restaurants.

Amazing property in the heart of old Covington. Incredibly peaceful and serene setting. We loved it so much we extended our stay.

This property was amazing to say the least. It was perfect for the group of people we had staying there. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely try and stay here again!

My siblings and spouses were overwhelmed with the home & property and so grateful I found it. Beautifully furnished and incredibly spacious, so the ten of us could spread out and have lots of privacy when needed, with young people in the living room playing games, older people in the guest house, and middle age people in the well equipped kitchen with plenty of bar stools. The photos are accurate and we are planning to return next thanksgiving. The landscaping is lovely, and the moss covered oak trees and wide veranda's are so evocative and beautiful. There is a lazy river at the edge of the property and didn't have enough time to explore it- we were too busy having indoor fun. The music system and heating system work well, and I don't have any complaints!

The Estate at Charropin Beach is truly the most beautifully perfect house. The interior Design is breathtaking and the grounds just as incredible. It has every amenity that one would desire. The swimming pool and guest house are amazing, along with all of the bedrooms, large TV viewing room and fabulous kitchen. It was truly a privelidge to rent such a spectacular home and the owners were so welcoming and accommodating. I am already in the process of renting it again.
