noisy teenage party’s unsupervised running up and down corridors and being noisy outside reception in the early hours of the morning

Only downside is the walls are paperthin, So you can hear all the crazy britts at night

Reception staff very helpful. Everything was spotless.

The staff are excellent friendly and helpful. They are work at the hotel every year constantly. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near the beach and has a nice roof terrace..

The hotel does not have a separate comfortable lounge sitting area where you can be away from the reception and entertainment lounge. The food was not as good as pervious years we have visited them.

I can't remember anything good about this hotel as it was very disappointed experience, would not recommend

To be honest - from day 1 was disappointed to see how old is the hotel - rooms are without fridge, no kettle, beds in horrible condition, I can hear the next door neibour talking very clearly, Also we were disappointed when family of 4 (15 years and 8 years kids had to sleep next to their parents in such a small room! Huge queues to enter the breakfast and dinner, the staff were not prepared well for big amount of people, food disappointed, sorry to say that but it was the worst experience ever! Made plenty of pictures but I don't want to scare people, some pictures are really shocking... The croissants are rubbish, can't understand what they think offering this poor quality of breakfast to 4* hotel!!! Peoole, avoid this hotel if you don't want to have that disappointed holiday mood what we had.. No need manager to comment or reply to my message but I believe she knows where they need to make big improvements.. from the comments she made few years ago nothing has changed

Rooms floor was not clean, sealing moulded and not at a standard for 4 start hotel. Not enough sun beds and waiters in the all inclusive area.

I didn't have a good experience. The whole place is actually old and rusty, quite expensive for what you get. Many people just get drunk and behave improperly, very disturbing and loud ambient. Also, the property was not helpful at all when I asked them to move my reservation 1 night ahead because I couldn't get there as the train network has collapsed on that date. They just charged me. When I explained the situation, they said the room was non-refundable and would not even consider the circumstances. They are just making money and do not care about the impression the customer gets. Quite disappointing

Food was great, balcony was perfect. Room was cleaned every day by kind personal.

For half board was not included in price water for lunch or dinner. Water was included only for breakfast.

False advertisement. The hotel should be listed as 1 star. There are cigarette holes in the bedspreads, signs of mold by the air conditioning unit, the bed mattresses are old and you can feel the bed springs on your back for 2 weeks. The hotel guarantees fast internet but that was a lie as there was no internet in the room at all. Booking.com pictures are misleading and totally untrue.

The breakfast was good as well as the location. It was near the beach but it was imposible to find parking.

The hotel does not explain in detail what do the “food options” include. Its was disappointing to arrive to the hotel and see that there are a lot of things you have to pay for “extra”. The food in the buffet is poor. Not tasty or variety. The pool is extremely tiny for the amount of people and the hotel looked old.
