I like how there are many options in terms of restaurants swimming pools activities you won’t get bored.

Location is good, hotel very big with huge golf area and a lot of restaurants. The rooms was clean and beautiful. The staff is attentive and solves problems quickly.

Biggest minus just with food in my experience exactly with breakfast. You can to choose a variety of food but not very quickly change if any dish is finished you may have to wait a few minutes before they bring another one. The beach was dirty a lot of green seaweed and main pool was closed(for renovations), but I think it happened because it was winter time. Everything else was great.

The view with the rising sun in the morning. The service was great and entertainment for guests every night. The welcome was good but the wait to go to the rooms was a bit long. Free and secure parking available.

The room was small and furniture looked old. The pool under maintainence closing access to parts of the hotel. Noisy due to the cleaning staff storage room just next to ours. The food choice was nearly the same everyday. Not all amenities we expect to find in a hotel bathroom were available.

Beautiful beach. Pools. Choice of restaurants. Food excellent and obviously the 2 fabulous golf courses!

All in all, my experience at Constance Balle Mare Plage was nothing short of amazing. It's a beautiful resort with a stunning private beach, great dining options, incredible facilities, and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The curtains and the quilt cover in my room were unfortunately not very clean.

Everything was perfect, starting from the staff and help, to the beach and pools, a lot of options for the restaurants and bars, activities to do in the resort, It was really one the best experiences I had during my life time travel.

we really liked the swimming pool by Indigo restaurant and kids club was nice. Breakfast and lunch in the Citronelle restaurant were of very good quality offering lots of choice. Special thanks to Saira in the eggs section, who was always smiling, very polite and caring to her clients, she always made my day in the morning. Also thanks to Neema for checking on our room and making the necessary changes (from 2 to ground floor). Servers in the bar were also very committed and taking care of us in a good way, also making sure that our daughter was not left out. Spa services were great (massages and pedicure), special thanks to Frank for professional service.

My opinion in general is that the resort could try to make the accesses more stroller friendly (there were many parts not easily accessible by a stroller, building small ramps along those couple of stairs makes a big difference for parents struggling with heavy strollers).☺️☺️ Other things to look at, the drainage in the shower is a huge problem, it works really slow to drain the water. We changed rooms during our stay and the problem was the same in the second suite (in both showers).

Golf, for all golfers this is a great place to stay and play whilst in Paradise. Get the caddys but prepare to be tired walking!!!!

We stayed at a Beachfront Prestige room. The room was squeaky clean and had a nice view of the sea. Apart from that what we liked the most was the food. Breakfast buffet was huge with lots of choices for every taste. For dinner we went to La Spiaggia and it was AMAZING! This resto is a MUST when staying at Constance Belle Mare Plage.

The trainee staff need a little further training. Some were not too sure when giving info. For instance,since it was our wedding anniversary,we were told by one of the staff who did our check-in,that we would be offered a cake..she even asked our preferred time for it,which we told her..but we never got any cake. So maybe the staff should be taught to give accurate info.

Very disappointed. This is our third stay at a Constance resort, as you will see from my previous reviews (or Constance Halavelli and Constance Prince Maurice) we have always been very happy. Unfortunately Belle Mare Plage was the opposite. We paid over €11,000 for a 7 night stay in a three bedroom villa and quite frankly feel we were ripped off. The quality was nowhere near 5 stars (these issues were all raised during our stay and on check out). The villa was old and, when we arrived, dirty. It is in need of complete refurbishment. Also, we really feel that guests should be warned that the main communal sitting areas are not air conditioned, making them very hot, and therefore impossible to use. The villa was overrun with ants and lizards - we understand that this is a problem difficult to avoid in such environments, but we felt no real effort was made to get rid of them. The staff were friendly and did try and respond to our complaints but ultimately were ineffectual in actually providing 5 star service. The resort itself was poorly kept and maintained In particular there were dogs and cats roaming around including in the restaurant area. This may not bother some people, but we thought was inappropriate for a resort of this standard. A further frustration was the process of getting around the resort. The villa’s are set some way from the main reception and restaurant - a golf buggy service is available but they only appear to have one or two buggies for the whole resort leading to 20 min + waiting time. Why they can’t invest in a couple of more buggies and drivers is completely unfathomable as it would save a lot of guest frustration at a very small cost. Service in the restaurants was poor. Basically the staff ignore you once you sit down - plates are not cleared and it is difficult to attract their attention, I am not sure they actually want to be there to work.

The Staff, Amenities & Facilities, Proximity to other activities outside the resort, Food, Kids Club Staff were Fantastic, Never ran out of towels outside,

Beds were too hard for my liking, Rooms took too long to be cleaned, disappointed with the fish dishes & roasted chicken was always too dry

Very warm welcome at Check-in, Manager personally came to say hello Resto staff very approachable & accommodating Villa 9 upgrade, which was amazing. A dream set-up, right on the beach with private pool Valet and Butlers, Villa Manager were really next level Buffet & a la carte Restos really wonderful food & service Been to few Mauritius 5-Stars, Constance BMP up-there!

Liked it all, possibly better international standard Cocktails at various bars Occasional stray cat & dog walking by, no real fuss for us
