Quiet considering next to airport

Walking distance to William town airport. Staff had amazing customer service and meals were excellent

Shower the water was all over the bathroom floor, the pressure in the taps was high and the shower screen couldn’t keep the water in the cubicle

Excellent location at airport, large clean room with very comfortable bed. Very helpful welcoming staff.

Room service for dinner was excellent with vegetarian options, arrived hot and within a short time. Staff were friendly and personable, took the time to assist and answer all my enquires as well as physically showing where to walk to get to airport terminal.

I welcomed the opportunity to leave my car in the Hotel carpark instead of the airport's long term car park & also save money.

The hotel was close to the airport, staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Food was also delicious.

I did feel the cost was quite high for the rooms and although it was close to the airport there was nothing else around for a family with 2 young children. We were disappointed that there was no shuttle service. Next time we might stay at a hotel more in town and get an uber/taxi to the airport, this will probably work out the same cost as the room, but we would get the added bonus of having things to do outside of our room. However, great spot for anyone traveling without kids or for work.
